They did an awesome job of cutting down two massive water oaks in a small confined space. The entire job involved climbing, cutting and lowering the cut pieces to the ground. In the end the job was done on time and with no damage to the property. Finally, the price was great for the work done. I would highly recommend them for tree work and removal. Also people of the Upstate SC these, i live in Anderson SC and they came and did the work from Brevard NC. So ask they to quote if you live around here.

The job was completed, and I asked them if they did further conditioning such as sealer or stain. They said they could do so and would get back in contact with me to set time and date to provide complete conditioning. No further word was received from this company. I have subsequently had another firm complete the project.

We had to run this by our HOA. They said we could have this tree cut down but that we would have to use their Arborist. I then contacted Fuller Tree Service and they said no problem that they would do a fall clean up instead. We both agreed on it and then they day they were supposed to come out, their office called and said there was an emergency. Since their emergency, they have not followed up. The Arborist that our HOA made us use cut down the tree for $100.00, which is considerably less than what we paid for the Big Deal all together. This was a lot of money and we would now like to use this money towards our Spring Clean up, if at all possible.

That turned out very well. There were not additional charges. They were there as long as the contract said they would be and they trimmed 4 to 5 trees. I don't remember if there was a specific time frame for their duration here, I would say they were her maybe 4 hours. They came out some time in January. They were professional, prompt, fair, easy to work with and there were no dislikes.

They originally asked when I wanted to do the work. I said around August. I tried to get in contact with them and they never responded. Finally I was able to reach them in October. The person I spoke with said he would like to come out that day, to take a look. He never followed up with me after that. I made several attempts to contact, but they never returned calls.

Never got a call. Called and still did not get a call back.

He did come and work hard. Although he was late. Everything else was a good job.

I bought a DEAL in January and contacted them in March and a couple more times and then the first part of September. I cannot get any response. I've never had anyone come out or initiate contact with me to get any work done. So I'm out $149.00. So it goes. Hope they're happy. I'm not.

Basically made several attempts to schedule the work. Never could get the job scheduled. Getting a refund through Angie's List.

There are no details beyond the fact that they never returned our emails, never set up an appointment, never showed up. We had responded to an Angies List offer, prepaid by credit card and were forced to request a refund from Angies List -- which they promptly returned. Angies List was fine. The tree company was a terrible disappoint.

I called and left message with days that could be good for us to meet. The company called back once but never called back again.

I was not pleased with this companies work. They power washed some of my building off, they did not weed what they were supposed to, and the also didn't edge my driveway like they said.

I bought this in late January and the company suggested I wait two months to have the service done in better weather. When I called back to schedule they kept making dates and canceling them due to weather mainly. Finally they said on June 23 they would be there one Friday , July 11. They never showed up and will not answer my phone calls or texts.

Very well. He was very professional in that he called if he couldn't make it. Despite having a lot of professional and personal problems going on, was very professional. I would use him in the future. Very nice young man.

See above. Never scheduled the work paid for since we did not want them to do the big up sell project quoted. Had it done for much less. No interest in doing work already paid for.

The service provider said he would come out when the weather was nicer. He said that he could clean out the yard in replacement for the Big Deal. Included bush trimming, limb removal and clean-up. He didn't come or call. I finally reached him, and he said he would call me back. He never did return my call.

Received confirmation email from Deborah Fuller the same day I purchased the plan on April 17th. Daughter's birthday came, and she still hadn't been contacted to schedule her appt. I sent another email to inform them she was still waiting on a call. Received email April 30th, that someone would be calling her that same day to confirm a time for May 1st or 2nd. Again, no call. A month later, I call again. Someone did contact her eventually. On appt day, Fuller's canceled. Eventually, someone did come, he looked at back yard, said she needed a swale dug to stop the drainage, and he would need to put her info into the computer for a plan, and it would take 3 weeks. He didn't even look at the front. It is July 12th, and she hasn't even heard back from them! I feel terrible because this was her birthday present from me, and all I ended up giving her was a headache dealing with Fuller Land & Tree Inc. I should have bought her a gift card for Lowes!

The landscape was great. They were very professional.

The deck has been power washed, now we're waiting for follow-up treatment.

This has been a TERRIBLE experience.

They sent a guy out. He walked around, took measurements and pictures. I have not heard anything back from them since. I have emailed them. I made 2 phones calls and got through to him once and he was driving and told me would get back to me after he find out how it was going. I have not heard anything back from him since. The work entailed proving me a set of plans. In those plans I asked them for some specific things and he told me he would provide a quote. They owe me a set of plans and I still have not gotten those.

It went pretty well. They were very good about asking me questions about what I wanted. They took all my advice about what I wanted and they offered their suggestions too which was really helpful. They're supposed to be doing some other work for me too on my deck but I haven't set that up yet.

He was a very good communicator and he called to say when he's going to be late, but the deck has spots where it wasn't power washed. However, I haven't called him back to see if he comes back to fix it, so that's partially on me.

The estimate was too high and we did not end up using them. The worker was a nice guy, but they were slow in getting back to us in making changes to the quote.

I did so on the date noted above, but when the day came there was no appearance. I had called the day before and also the day of the appointment, but the voice-mail box was full. A day or two later, I was able to leave a message and the next day - by then it was close to mid May, I received a message from Josh to the effect that I should contact Angie's List for a refund because he was in the hospital and was having to close the business due to health reasons.
