Scheduling was easy and the gentleman showed up on time. Was very courteous and professional. Spent about 45 minutes with my husband and I and told us some things we could do immediately such as "trim here and here on crepe myrtle" , move this here, etc. He took some measurements and notes and a couple of weeks later we had a complete drawing with recommended plants, etc.

When I called to schedule an appointment, the woman on the phone was relatively rude. I set the appointment anyway for the coming Thursday. They never showed and never called (EVER, it has been about a month since my scheduled appointment).

He contacted me right away and said he would schedule within a week. He did not call back. I tried calling him to leave a voicemail, but his mailbox was full. I sent him an e-mail and he did not reply to that. I tried to call him again a few days later and was able to leave a voicemail at this time. I still have not heard back from him, which is why I am getting a refund.

I have never heard from them since.

I had response when I placed the order Joshua told me he was a little behind. I said ok then I called him last week he was to be here last Friday did not show but said when I called would be here Monday. Did not show, but said he would be here Wednesday did not show or call.

It didn't.

I had difficulty scheduling with him. If I don't initiate the contact, I never hear anything.

It was wonderful. Rey should up on time were very professional, did a excellent work, clean up properly. Best service example.

Once we got the scheduling down, it went great. There was a heavy demand with the Angie's List deal, so he was a little backed up. Josh was prompt, professional, did everything I asked in the time provided and it looks marvelous. Would recommend highly and use again.

John and Josh were very nice..very friendly..the landscape design package was pretty basic (but then I didn't expect much for $50)..it gave me some good ideas.. John came out first to measure and look the area over; then Josh came to give me the actual drawing and estimated costs and tell me about a variety of materials..I kind of got the feeling though, while he was very cordial, that he wasn't too crazy about having to come out so far). I'm still deciding what I want to do.

Very neat job. Since then, he cut a big oak tree for me.

Recomendation and cleaning went well

Contact was pleasant and professional. Needed to reschedule a few times due to bad weather, but everything was handled smoothly. Good communication.

Great team,the removed three large trees and cleaned up three that I had cut. I purchased the big buy package and got a great deal.We had some terrible weather around here and a schedule change was made to keep workers safe. Your missing the boat if you don't use these guys.

Never finished job. Constantly put us off, very unprofessional. Disappointed in Josh.

I had gotten a three quotes from tree services and the range was considerable, from $850 - $1400. I had received a quote from a competitor that was a little lower than the other two and was going to go with them, until I found Fuller on Angie's list. I read the reviews and contacted Josh. He and his wife Deborah handled the contact and phone calls courteously and efficiently and were willing to match the price. Plus, when I requested a current copy of Insurance, they promptly have then sent via their insurance agency. Sweet. We scheduled a time, and even though the rains were threatening, Josh and his team showed up on time. The tree was located next to my driveway, which was at about a 15 degree angle and the tree was down about 30 feet from there. His team did a great job cutting the branches and dropping them so as not to hit or damage my cherry trees or the neighbors property. They then proceeded to haul the tree up out of the ravine using a log crane truck. They definitely knew what they were doing. I had asked about using the mulch and they advised against it because of the beetles. Once the tree was up on the logging truck they showed me the small bores. Some "other" tree services, to save money going to the dump, might have just said "sure" and turned the other way. I thought this was extremely respectful and honest. They also did as good a job as expected cleaning up. I am also now on their list for clean mulch the next time they are in the area. They do work out of Brevard, so it's a good haul up to Asheville ... so do keep that in mind regarding scheduling as they need to bunch jobs together when they can.

It went just fine. I just wanted the amount of work contracted for which was about 99.00 for 200.00 worth of tree work. I am always surprised at the cost of removing trees and bushes, but the two men worked for about an hour and an half. Naturally not that much could be done as there is a lot of work on this 3 ac property! But we got one messy tree trimmed and fortunately I did not need it hauled away. They also trimmed a few branches on another overhanging tree.

Josh was great, Because of the high winds we have had recently in SC it took a few weeks before he was able to get to my job, however he did more then expected when he did get here.

I was very pleased with the service and hope to use Fuller Landscaping again!

I had to call several times after the initial visit to get the plan sent to us. We then scheduled a follow up appointment for which we scheduled our day around the time of the appointment. He never showed nor called. His assistant apologized after we called again. When we did finally get an estimate it was double the price of several other bids. Our experience was not good at all.

The provider never came out to service me, after a series of calls and delayed appointment the provider never showed up. I think they are too busy to offer the kind of service they were offering to someone so far out, which is why the appointment kept being delayed.

Don't waste your time. You'll be told the job can't be done for $199. After phone calls and emails you'll be given dates the job will be completed however no one will show up and no one will call.

They have canceled four appointments. Two times I have taken off of work to be home for our appointments and they have canceled after the fact. I spoke with him the morning of the appointment and let him know that I had purchased the materials he needed and he did not tell me he would not be there. After I took time off work and was waiting at my house he called and said he would not be there. Nothing positive to say about this experience with the service provider.

They sent me an estimate which is considerably more for the service than othesr charge, even with the discount. I have chosen to seek a refund from Angie’s List and I have found another provider. I may use them for another estimate in the future.

Fuller Land & Tree arrived at my house a bit late but other than that their service was excellent. They cut down many small trees near power lines on our property. They worked longer than they said they would, and the amount of work seemed to be a good value for the price. They were courteous and pleasant. I would definitely use them again.
