ADT Security Services has been excellent. They are really on the ball. When they hooked up the system, the representative thoroughly explained how everything worked. This is an all around super company. Once I forgot my code and they called right away to get my password to be sure I was safe.

ADT makes us feel very safe in our home. They monitor for fire, theft, and carbon monoxide. They are also linked directly to our local authorities who makes their response time even faster.

I felt so secure with the service provided by ADT. I have tested their service by setting off my alarm and I was impressed with the response time from the police and the ambulance. They have only increased their service fee $10 in 4 1/2 years and it is very good service.

I have been very satisfied with their service. I have been using them for fifteen years now and I don't have a single complaint with their service. They have explained any questions I had about how our system worked. I feel that they have excellent customer service. They have always been there for us, if something is not working correctly, they fix it in no time.

I had a horrible experience with ADT. We were very excited to get an alarm system in our home, so when the gentleman from ADT came out and installed it. We were pleased but unfortunately that did not last long. Almost the first day we had the alarm installed it started dialing 911. This happened 4-5 times in the 2 months we had the alarm. I contacted ADT but they said it was a problem with the phone line, so I contacted the phone company. The phone company came out and reworked all the wiring for our phone, but the problem persisted. They said it was an issue with ADT. I called ADT and told them what was going on and all they could tell me was it was a problem with the phone line. I tried to explain to the person I was speaking to, it couldn't be a problem with the phone line, but the person just wasn't listening. At fifty dollars a false alarm, this was becoming a very expensive problem for us, so I called ADT and had them remove the alarm from our home. I will ever use ADT again.

I really like that I have not had any instances with their services. They are really on the ball. In talking with them and dealing with them I feel comfortable using them. They are doing a good job as they have always answered all my questions politely and thoroughly. They also treat me with great respect anytime I am in contact with them.

We had an alarm system installed three years ago and ADT has been monitoring it ever since. We only had one false alarm and they called immediately. We have no complaints about their service.

The technician that came over was knowledgeable about his trade and tried to explain the system to me before he even installed it. The installation itself did not take very long maybe an hour and a half and then it was thoroughly tested. He showed me how to program it and what to do if anything happens. There have not been any false alarms and it helps me sleep better at night.

The customer service from this company was nothing short of pathetic. I have never been more humiliated by a company that was so well established nation wide. Their role was to keep or at least give us a sense of security and they did not.

I had cancelled my contract with ADT because I found a way around their security measures. When I had pointed this out to them they assured me that the stickers on the windows would deter any burglars if we had any. They would have been unreliable in a serious situation so we bought a dog instead.

I have been very happy with ADT so far. We have had a couple instances where we accidentally set off the alarm and within twenty seconds they called us to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

ADT has been providing my service for at least year. My alarm system has never been triggered and everything seems to be fine and dandy. I am pleased all the way around with the company and I feel rather safe in my home knowing they are on my side. I probably would not hire anyone else; I feel pretty content.
