I have nothing but good things to report about Mr. Kneece. He was very punctual and professional. He wasted no time in getting to work and diagnosing the problems. He clearly explained what he found and set forth a plan of action. Since the repair required parts he did not have with him, we scheduled another appointment for him to return and finish the work. Once again, Mr. Kneece arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the work efficiently. In the process of installing the parts he found a broken seal that would have had catastrophic consequences when the ice maker was working again. He gave us 2 options as to how to fix the problem and recommended the solution that was much more cost efficient. Mr. Kneece is a professional in every sense of the word - knowledgeable, reliable, neat and efficient. I will not hesitate calling him the next time I need his services.

Several weeks ago, we found a lot of water under the fruit and vegetable keepers in our refrigerator. We mopped it out, cleaned out the freezer just in case it was overloaded (to be sure that there was good air flow) and forgot about it. A couple of weeks later, on Thanksgiving morning, there was a big puddle of water on the kitchen floor when we got up. Discovered that the space under the veggie and fruit keepers was full of water again and it had overflowed. We remembered having used Kneece Appliance, Heating and Air once before (they had been recommended by a friend of ours) and decided to try them again. Since it was Thanksgiving Day, we left a message on the voicemail and did not expect to hear anything before the next Monday. On Monday morning, Mr. Kneece returned our call and we described the problem and also asked that the door seal on the refrigerator be replaced as it was loose. The refrigerator is 13 years old and we were half expecting to hear that we needed to get a new one. Mr. Kneece said that he could come right away and he was at our home in a short time. He pulled the refrigerator away from the wall, confirmed the age and said that he thought that the water problem was a clogged drain. He unclogged the drain, cleaned it out and let the excess water drain out. He also checked the seal in the refrigerator. He stated that it only needed to be reset, which he did. He told us to clean the seal and put vaseline on it to help keep it from sticking excessively due to food getting on it, which we have done. It has helped the door to seal correctly and stay shut better. He also said that the refrigerator was in good shape and that we should keep it as long as possible as it was better made than newer refrigerators. He only charged us for the service call since no parts were needed to do the repairs. He told us that if anything happened again, there would be no additional charge for him to come recheck the same problem. So far, everything is working fine. We have rechecked under the keepers and have found no additional water. The refrigerator door seal works like new and shuts tight every time. Mr. Kneece was prompt, courteous and helpful. His charge was very reasonable and we couldn't be happier. We will certainly use him again and recommend him highly for appliance repair. We have no experience with his other services, but would not hesitate to try him for one of them, either.

I had them out a couple of times. I remember that he was reasonable although I don't remember the exact price that I paid. I did not have any dislikes about him as he was very prompt and very good.

David did a wonderful job and explained everything as he was doing it. He was able to fit me in on th spot which was wonderful since my refrig broke over the weekend. My second refrig broke on his way here so he fixed both at once. Thanks - David!

Customer support from the manufacturer couldn?t help us but he was able to figure it out and muscle it back. David is incredibly professional , he had great integrity, and he always makes sure that they are doing the right thing. They are pretty busy so sometimes it takes a long time to get them to call you. I have an agreement with them and I am very comfortable about relying on them for all of our appliances. \

We used Kneece Appliance when we replaced our water heater three years ago and were very happy with the service, so they were an obvious choice for one of the quotes when we needed to replace the gas pack. My initial contact was with David; he was very professional and responsive. He came out and surveyed the unit the next day, and had an estimate ready that evening. We decided to purchase from him on a Wednesday, and he was able to schedule the installation for Friday. The unit is located in the back yard, with the only access up a very narrow driveway and through a gate only four feet wide. The installers had to back their truck and trailer up the driveway, then use a hand truck to remove the old unit from the yard and carry the new unit in. Once the unit was installed, they replaced the thermostat and tested both the heat and a/c for proper operation. They even gave me a quick training course on operating the thermostat! Total installation time was about two hours from the time they arrived until the time they left. The new unit came with a warranty covering parts and labor for one year and parts only for ten years. It also qualifies for the ARRA tax credit. Three days after installation, we received the ARRA certificate from the subcontractor who did the installation.

It went great. He returned our call quickly, and showed up when he said he would. He was courteous, clean, and explained what was wrong and gave us our options.

Came on time. Was courteous and professional. Repairs performed to my satisfaction.

We have an annual service contract with them. We deal with them exclusively. Their prices are reasonable and they come when they say they are going to come. If there is ever a problem with any work that they do, they take care of it.

We moved over the weekend and our clothes dryer was not working properly. It was making loud "clanging" noises. We contacted Kneece appliance who quoted us for a service call and made an appointment for the following day. I confirmed and asked them to try to fit us in if they could come the same day (as our initial call). Later that same day, they called with an opening and came out. It was a simple problem (for someone who knows this stuff); an internal piece had shifted during the move and had to be placed back where it belonged. Kneece fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and charged us the quoted service call fee.

They are very honest, they do good work and their prices are fair.
