Mr Kneece was very professional and helpful, from my first call through to the completed work. He told me it would be several days before he could get to me, and I appreciated him being straightforward about that. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, even if I had to wait a few days!

He came when he said he would come and, based on what work I have seen from our previous A/C contractor, who has temporarily left the business due to sickness, did what he said he would do at a very reasonable price. Great! He put back the parts we had taken off trying to inspect it ourselves without giving us a hard time for trying. He explained in detail what the problems were, and he was very honest about recommending what we might want to consider the next time we purchase.

Our microwave failed. I researched Angie's List for the highest rated service I could find and I found David Kneece. I called him yesterday and, in spite of a busy schedule, he came by this morning and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. But, more than that, I found David to be a wonderful warm and friendly friendly young man and, at the same time, very professional. I would highly recommend David Kneece to you for your appliance repairs. I will definitely call him again.

My wife called to say that there was water all over the cabinet under the sink. It was coming from the garbage disposal side. Called David and he squeezed us in-between calls. The unit was about 3 years old and a very inexpensive, small model. His diagnosis was that the seals inside the disposal unit were shot and it would be as expensive to replace them as to install a new unit. After discussing options (sizes of disposal units, warranty associated with the various sizes, how often we use the disposal), we gave him the green light to purchase a considerably bigger model that came with a 3 year warranty. He came back a day later, after the part came in, and installed it. David was prompt, courteous, professional and always seemed to have our best interests in mind when discussing options. We could probably have gotten by with a smaller, less expensive model, but with the amount of use - it just made more sense to go with the bigger one. It took him only about an hour to remove the old one and install the new one. We're very pleased with his service, and especially the new disposal. It is so much quieter and (according to the literature that comes with it and from David himself) will even handle bones. Not that we would ever go to that extreme, but it's comforting to know that it will handle BIG jobs. I would HIGHLY recommend David's services to anyone needing washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, garbage disposal kind of work. We have used his services in the past as well and he has always been straight forward with us. We've always gotten the feeling that he's got our best interests in his recommendations.

He was really kind and professional. He was on time. He did not waste anytime, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He gave us a very fair price. I would recomend him to anyone.

Our fridge stopped working Saturday afternoon. I noticed it clicking and the compressor wasn't running but fortunately caught it in time to not have a mess. We emptied the freezer and fridge and i pulled it away from the wall to check it out. Realizing that I wasnt going to be able to fix it, i looked up the various providers and liked the reviews so I decided to give them a try. I called Sunday morning with my issue and Monday morning before 8:00am got a return call. He got some information and said he had two people ahead of me and would be here as soon as he could. He called me back at around 9:15am to say he was on his way and was here by 9:30. Not only was I was at work by 10:30 but he took the time to answer my various questions about the repair, parts and assorted queries i had for him. The folks at work said "I thought you were going to be really late" and after telling them about my experience they all wanted to know who i used. I got to hear their assorted horror stories about the week long repairs they endured for similar malfunctions from other providers that seem to have relatively high and numerous ratings. I'm pretty particular about people i use and dont give A ratings to many service people but I did in this case.

I looked on Angie's list for two things-- good service and fast. With Kneece I got both. They were super nice as well. I dealt with two different repairmen and a lady in the office who answered the phone. All were polite, friendly, helpful and professional. They went the extra mile to do more than was necessary. They cleaned up as they went along. They set a date the first time for early the day after I called that night--the fastest response I have ever gotten. The second time when the part came in, we set the date for the next day. Both times the window of time when they would come was short --3 hours. That is important to me. I work downtown and that means I don't have to stay home all day because a company says the repairman will be there between 9 and 4. They also came within 10 minutes of the earliest time they set. I will use them again and I will recommend.

I called Mr. Kneece one morning regarding my mother's refridgerator which had stopped cooling. He came out as soon as his schedule allowed and checked the unit over in detail. The compressor on the unit had gone bad, and Mr. Kneece quoted a replacement price for a new compressor of $300 and advised that the 13-year-old refridgerator was not worth repairing and that it would be best to use that $300 to apply to the purchase of a new unit. He does not sell new appliances, so there was nothing to be gained by him for advising that she purchase a new one. We appreciated his honesty knowing that he could have advised replacing the compressor and made some additional income for himself. Mr. Kneece was very pleasant to deal with, and we will definitely call on him again if we have need for an appliance repair In the future.

I spoke to Mr. Kneece and he told me that he didn't service my area because of the distance and because he was a small business. We talked for a few minutes and he told me that it sounded as if the pump had gone out in my washer. I told him that is what I thought as well based on what I had seen online. I asked if he thought it was something I could do myself. Mr. Kneece walked me through what I would need to do. I ordered the part and was able to replace the pump on my own...Thank you so much.....I will be suggesting you to my friends and family that are in your area.

I called this vendor on 1/22/2013 (Tuesday) to explain my issue (dryer not heating). The representative informed me of the most likely cause of my issue, and let me know that he would need to purchase the parts to repair my dryer. He then told me that most likely he could come by on Thursday, but may be able to get to me on Wednesday. I thought that was great, so I told him that we should plan on that. However, I did not hear from the representative Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. On Friday (very close to 5PM) I called and left a message asking for a follow-up. The representative returned my call first thing Monday morning, and apologized that he was unable to make the previously stated time. We agreed that he would come by Tuesday to make the repair, and that he would call before he came. The representative called ahead as previously agreed upon, and within half an hour was at my home to complete the repair. The representative was very professional, and non-intrusive (which was important to me due to the fact that I was working from home that day). The entire repair took 15-20 minutes. The representative was kind enough to move my dryer back into the laundry room (I had moved it out to give him more room to work), and tested the machine to make sure the repair was complete. He then wrote up my receipt, which detailed in plain terms what I was being charged for. I settled my bill with him, which I thought was very reasonable (I had been quoted higher prices by other vendors). He apologized again before leaving at not being able to make our previous appointment, which I personally didn't mind - I felt the speed,quality and cost of the work was very satisfactory. I would recommend this vendor to others if I had the opportunity.

We called David and he was out the next day to diagnose the problems. From what we told him, he knew right where to look to find the cause. The following day he obtained the necessary parts and came by to complete the repair. Job well done!

It was a weekend, but we called two places from Angie's List. David Kneece returned our call first thing Monday morning. He came out and got to the root of the problem right away and ordered the part (circuit board). He returned the next day and fixed the dishwasher. Throughout it all he was polite, professional, personable and provided the kind of service experience anyone would want to have. The other place we called (Appliance Professional) returned our call two days later.
