Chris did a fantastic job. He definitely knows his stuff. Our tile backsplash is beautiful, and when I mentioned I needed some drywall repair done, he was more than happy to help at a reasonable price. He was very thorough and professional throughout all of the projects he did for us. I highly recommend.

Chris did an excellent job with our bathroom remodel. The tile work in the shower was perfection. He removed a tub shower combo to build us a walk-in shower. He and his co-worker were very professional making sure everything was done correctly. They made every effort to protect our home with tarps over the floors during the demo and remodel. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way it turned out. We highly recommend him and would use him again in the future. The picture is of the tile work without the glass door.

Chris was super nice and completed the work in a timely manner. The job took less than a week and he came back a few days later and sealed it. Normally we do all the work ourselves but due to time constraints we chose to contract the work out. Needless to say we were very apprehensive about this. But we were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend Chris!

Fantastic! What a great team. Chris and his assistant were professionals, cordial and did everything perfectly. He regrouts, complimentary, each year as long as you are the homeowner. I had uneven patches and cracks, they did some cement work, put down a special underlayment, edged with a lovely edging. I just cannot say enough. Btw, before they started, they went around with a level to discern low and high areas, then fixed the problem. Power washed, moved all my furniture back where I wanted it, all with a smile. I would rehire him in a heartbeat. His price was very competitive, reasonable.

Chris and his staff did an excellent job laying the kitchen tile. The clean up and replacement of moldings were also excellent. Chris was there throughout the process. He really listens to his clients.

Chris and one assistant did all the work themselves. The tile work is absolutely beautiful, the best I've ever seen. Everyone who has seen the completed kitchen and bathrooms has been wowed. All the work was completed on time and without issue. Chris is highly professional and personable, and he helped with several other repairs without charge. I would recommend him without hesitation.

It went very well. Chris was extremely helpful in the design phase and he did a very professional job with installing stone around the fireplace. The stone goes from the floor to the 9’ ceiling. He was neat, cleaned up the inside area as well as his outside workspace. He is a verrrrry class act and we will have him again when the occasion arises. He also did our kitchen backsplaces several years ago!

I can't recommend Chris highly enough. He's responsive and helpful and gave me great advice regarding tile and grout options. He and his colleague worked quickly and were extremely respectful of my home. I have a couple of bathrooms that need re-tiled and I'll definitely be calling Tile by Chris for that.

Chris was very punctual, even called to let me know he was going to be 5 minutes late for first visit. He went out of his way to protect our wood floors outside the laundry room and contain the dust during the removal of the old tile floor. He also installed the new laundry room sink/cabinet in order to install the backsplash and finish the job. Excellent communication and job well done.

Chris did a fantastic job. His 30 years of experience really shows- he knows what to do and how to make it right. My older home needed TLC- and Chris was the person for the job. He advised me on tile types and sent me to a wholesale tile center. We tiled one upstairs bath and the laundry/hall/half bath downstairs. We are thrilled.

Chris is a great guy and quite a character. He wants everything to be excellent when he leaves. I think problems keep him up at night. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. I did some of the demo work and broke a drain pipe in doing so. He fixed it at no charge. He saw in our kitchen below the master bath that there had been a leak, he determined it might be the other bathroom toilet. He was right and fixed it at no charge. During demo it was discovered there was a pipe installed above the floor instead of under and again he just fixed it no charge. He hates problems even not related to his work. We found out late that our tile was back ordered and would hold him up. He did what he could, demo'ing, adding wall board, getting the shower floor ready and then went to another job until we were ready. He was very flexible. The work was great by the way. Another thing is he has great support whether its glass shower, cabinet tops, etc. I ordered those type things myself. I listened to Chris's recommendations on potential firms to use, I did some of my own investigation but ended up using the people he recommended and they were great. He has a ton of experience, knows the right way to do things and has alot of this down to a science.

Chris was punctual and even showed up on weekends to get the job done. He was very good with communication and respectful about keeping the work area clean and tidying up before leaving each day. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and are very happy with the finished product! We will definitely call him for future projects!

Wonderful! That's the bottom line up front. I purchased handmade tiles for a backsplash and hunted for an installer. Five interviews later I decided on Chris DeMeo and I'm glad I did. Chris knew how to install the tile (30 years of experience will do that). What I appreciated most was his knowlege on how best to seal/manage/live with the tile. He took care of everything start-to-finish. I only supplied the tile itself. I thought that moving an electrical outlet, to give the area a cleaner look, might be a good idea. Chris put me in touch with a certified electrician to help me decide. For the installation itself, Chris brought grout color samples for me to choose from; sealed the individual tiles (a must, he said, as they have a crackle finish and would be susceptible to staining when used in a cooking area); completed installation and put two more layers of sealant on for good measure. Work areas were kept clean; all tile cutting was done outside and there was not much waste of material. Downside to such efficiency is I'm now stuck with three unused boxes of Beautiful tiles! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the finished product by Tile By Chris.

Chris went beyond what we asked him to do. Practically built a whole new floor, made it stable and waterproof (laundry room) . Turned out beautifully ! High quality work at affordable price. I would definitely hire him again

Great! Chris was very professional and helpful through the process; demo - which we discovered an external leak we wouldn’t have otherwise known about ; design - met us at the tile shop to help us pick tile, accent and grout; installation - recommending patterns/niche size and making sure we had no issues. Even cleaned and sealed grout in another of our bathrooms! Will definitely have him back for additional work in the future. Thanks Chris!
