I had Chris do a back porch for me a couple of years ago and it turned out great so hiring him to do my master bathroom was an easy decision. I already knew his prices are fair, the work is great and Chris is honest. I didn't bother getting a second quote because of those qualities. He let me buy my own materials which allowed me to get more for my money. He gave me recommendations on where to buy quality materials. The guys that work for him are very polite and their tile work is meticulous. This bathroom is now at least as nice as my kitchen. It is possibly the nicest room in the house. I highly recommend Chris and I will definitely call him for my next project. If you are getting multiple quotes include Chris as one of them. I'm sure you will be glad that you did.

Chris answered my call and was out the next day to repair my shower. The new shower head and tile work are great.

Chris and his team are real professionals. AND they pay attention to detail. We redid our entire master bathroom to be ADA compliant. Our house is on a slab, so there is a very small step into the shower, but Chris and his team slightly slanted the shower floor so there is no step on the inside. It's super easy for my husband to grab the ADA bar at the entrance and do his mini-step up when entering. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left everything in good order. He told me it would take 3 weeks, and his part came within that time frame. The only piece still to done is installing the 6' glass shower wall, which had to come from Ohio.

Chris performed meticulous work that was on time and on budget. His employees and contractors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

We hired Tile by Chris for our master bathroom renovation, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience. The project was left incomplete, with an unfinished wall and a cracked tile. Despite setting multiple appointments, Chris Demeo never showed up to fix the issues. During the time of the renovation, my wife was undergoing cancer treatments. Chris seemed very sympathetic and accommodating, which led us to believe he was reliable and a a trustworthy person . However, after we paid in full, he became unresponsive. Our calls and texts have gone unanswered for over a year now. Chris also promised an annual follow-up inspection, but he failed to show up for that as well. We are now left with an unfinished wall and a mirror installed by Chris that needed correction. We had to figure out how to do the drywall ourselves and address the cracked tile. We trusted Chris and his promises, but he has proven to be untrustworthy. It's especially disappointing because most of the work that was done we were happy with, but he disappeared after we paid him since the work was mostly completed. He has not returned any phone calls or texts after being very responsive in the beginning. It's a shame because if he followed through on finishing the few remaining items, we would have been pleased. Instead, we are left disappointed and would not recommend him. We waited a full year to write this review, was hopeful that he would answer and be that guy we thought he was.

ATTENTION! Stay away from Chris and his tile crew. Not a huge fan of writing reviews, especially like those. But this is bannanas. Chris promised us a superb job and a perfect bathroom, but the reality was far from it. He brought two workers, one of whom had only three months of experience, and another who didn't speak English and whose experience was questionable. Chris occasionally stopped by to check the progress rather than laying tiles himself. What is not more disturbing is that every time leaving, he praised the tile work, saying how perfect the tiles comes out. By the second week, it was clear the job was a disaster: shifted tiles, cracked and dented tile pieces not replaced, bumps, and uneven walls were everywhere, all of which were already grouted. When we first pointed this out to Chris, he promised to fix everything. The next day, they attempted repairs on the marked areas and, inexplicably, on some we hadn't pointed out (why?). The result was even worse—more shifted tiles, new cracked ones, uneven levels, and botched gaps, new gaps were added by sawing them with a circular saw (someone had a very shaky hand)! When we confronted Chris the following morning to discuss the ongoing issues and questioned if they might wanna use spacers to help level the tile gaps, he abruptly ended the conversation, instructed his team to pack up, and left. Since then, he has ignored all our calls and texts (3 days passed). Chris, you owe us 35 boxes of expensive tile, materials, and most importantly, a month of comfort, safety, and cleanliness. Hope you don't expect that couple of packs of grout and dirty sponges will cover the expenses you caused. In addition to money and time, our home, is covered with protective film everywhere on the carpet floor, that remains dirty and unsafe for our family of five, including two preschoolers. Your unprofessionalism has caused us significant stress and inconvenience. Avoid this company at all costs!

Chris was a great find. I've unfortunately had some bad experiences with tile contractors in the past, so I was relieved to find Chris who had a very large number of 5-star reviews. Chris was very detail oriented and passionate about doing a great job with the best materials. Im a bit of a perfectionist so i immediately appreciated his attention to detail. His guys were extremely nice, respectful, always polite with a smile, and they made sure to clean up after themselves every night. Chris and his team exceeded our expectations and he even cleaned and sealed our entire bathroom floor after sealing our new shower. I highly recommend Chris, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him and his team for any tile job of any size.

Found Chris through a friend of mine that I very much trust. Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with for our bathroom reno. Timeline was great, work was excellent, every aspect of his services and work ethic was amazing. I highly, highly recommend him and plan to hire him again in the future. The job went excellent. We had our kitchen backsplash installed and our fireplace refaced with stone. Outstanding work we are very happy with Chris. Chris and his team were punctual, professional and very talented. The price was right as well. Tile by Chris will be coming back soon to remodel our bathroom. Highly recommend.

We had our bathroom completely completely remodeled. Chris took our ideas and made them happen. He coordinated the plumbers and his crew completed the tile work. We are very pleased with how the bathroom turned out. The price was reasonable and the tile work is beautiful.

Chris was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He was able to come take a look in a timely manner and work was also completed soon after. And of course the job was beautifully and neatly done!

Excellent. I could not find the right size tile to fix the hole. The old tile measured 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 but I could only find tile that measured 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 which would have made it look ugly. Chris cleaned the old tile pieces and put it back together so that it looks like the day it was tiled.

My wife and I needed a tile backsplash installed in a home we were remodeling. I was referred to Tile by Chris by a past client. When I called Chris on 7/14/22, he informed me that he was booked until mid August. I shared that we wanted to have the house listed for sale ASAP. He squeezed us in and had the job completed by 7/16/22!!!! Not only was the job fairly priced, it looks phenomenal. We seriously couldn’t be happier with his quality of work and his communication. We will definitely be calling Tile by Chris for all of our future tile needs!

Chris and his crew were wonderful. His tile guy, Jose, is amazing and was meticulous about the tile placement. We had 2 patterned tiles and one geometric shape and it was all laid perfect. I had all of this work done on our house while we were living in a different state. Chris made sure to keep me updated, send pictures, and let me know about any hiccups (like my vanity being defective). I completely trusted him and his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for anything. He was recommended to us by a neighbor and I will continue to recommend him!

Chris and his team were wonderful to work with! We are 100% happy with the job they did. Chris came to our house, listened to what we wanted done, measured, gave me a quote for the job, and a list of everything we needed to have on hand. They completed the job efficiently and left my house as clean as when they arrived.

Hiring Chris was a great decision. We were victims of poor construction on a bathroom remodel and Chris and his crew came in, essentially demoed all of the work performed by the previous contractor and made it right. His communication is excellent, they started on time and finished on schedule. We are so pleased with the quality and professionalism of Chris and his crew compared to what we had before. We’ve already asked for a quote for another bathroom remodel and plan to use Chris for this as well.

Chris and his team did a wonderful job. I had new tile floors installed in the kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry. I also had my old shower removed and a new one installed with additional trim that connected the bathtub to the shower. Chris is a true craftsman at his work and sets the standard for his whole team.
