Chris was very professional. He was able to do the work with a very short turnaround. He had great suggestions about how to handle some difficult spots around the window and with grout color.

Chris installed a subway tile kitchen backsplash for us. It looks great. It was done quickly, with very little mess or disruption. He cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure to work with. He also offers free sealing once a year and free repairs, if necessary, for as long as I own the home. I'll use him for any future tile work, without question.

Chris is very professional and does great work. He is repsonsive and has gone out of his way more than once to come back and repair tiles that the glass company broke while trying to install the shower glass. He has done everything he can to ensure I'm satisfied and I have already recommended him to a friend.

Chris provided an excellent solution for our shower tile issue and did great work. We had a unique problem with some failing grout and damaged tile. It did not require replacing all of the tile. Only someone with Chris's experience would come up with his solution. It works and looks great.

He called back to set up an appointment for the estimate on Tuesday,scheduled for Saturday 11:30am. Called again on Thursday to see if we could push the time back to 2:30, we told him that would be fine. Never showed, never called.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom. We made changes as the project went along, which caused the project to take a little longer than originally estimated. Chris & Mark never seemed to be bothered by this. They were always professional, pleasant and trustworthy.

Chris' employee who performed the original backsplash installation did an excellent job! My husband and I are picky and we're extremely pleased. Chris, the owner is a super nice guy. You can tell he truly cares about providing quality work and satisfying his customers. It has been a year since the original tile backsplash installation and I contacted Chris recently to schedule the free annual sealing of the backsplash and he scheduled the very next Saturday at 9am and arrived promptly to complete sealing the tile.

Chris did an outstanding job. He responded very promptly. He scheduled a free estimate that next day. We had our master bathroom floor tiled as well as the shower tiled with a travertine niche. It came out absolutely beautiful. Chris and his workers were punctual and cleaned up after each day. Everything was kept nice and tidy. All work was completed on time. We then had him do our powder room bathroom. He assisted us in picking out the marble for the bathroom at a discount. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. I definitely would hire and recommend again.

We were asked upon completion of our original job to submit feedback. We deferred initially since we wanted to be able to write a complete review based not only on the actual installation but the service afterwards. We had around 1000 square feet of ceramic flooring installed in our home in October 2015. I'm writing this review to document our experience with this company in January 2017. My wife and I went with Chris after getting estimates from three separate contractors. While Chris was not the cheapest estimate his was price competitive. We chose Chris in part because he said that any problems with the flooring would be fixed for free, and that he would come back once per year FREE OF CHARGE to reseal the floors. Chris told us that the old flooring would be thrown into a dumpster that he rented and then hauled off afterwards. My wife and I scheduled a vacation to occur while the flooring installation was going on, so we did not realize that the dumpster was never rented. When we came back home we found a giant pile of ripped-up hardwood flooring sitting in our yard, an eyesore for the neighbors to see. Chris assured us when we returned that he would be hauling all of that garbage off. After completion of the job (which to the credit of him and his team was ahead of schedule by a day) the trash was left behind. It sat for days, even though he said he would return to haul it off. He did call to apologize later, saying he had a sudden death in the family. That is understandable, and I cannot fault him for tending to a family emergency. However, he did not bother to contact us and let us know that was the reason our garbage sat in piles in the yard for days. We ultimately opted to pay out of pocket to rent a truck from the local Home Depot, pile the heavy bags of tile and piles of hardwood flooring (complete with nails sticking out of them) into the truck, and drive it down to the garbage collection facility for disposal. Chris apologized for that, and sent one of his team mates over to seal our floors. We figured that the job was complete and that we would only need to call him thereafter for our yearly resealing. However, a few weeks later grouting in one spot on the floor began to crumble. We called Chris and he sent over one of his workers, who not only repaired it, but also regrouted a couple of other spots that were not satisfactory. Fast forward to about a year after the initial installtion, October 2016. The spot of grouting that had initially failed crumbled again, as well as another couple of spots in the floor. My wife and I waited until January to call Chris back due to our busy schedules and the holidays. I reported that our grouting had begun to crumble again, and that we also needed our floors resealed. Chris said he would buy a stronger grout to fix the floors since the last brand was obviously not holding up well. He also said a man would come by to fix and reseal the floors. He told me to call him the following Tuesday early in the morning, as he would be working nearby. I called him Tuesday morning when he said to. I did not get in touch with him, and had to leave him a voicemail, which I did. I left my name, why I was calling, and my telephone number. I did not get a reply. I woke up Wednesday morning and left him another message, said I was calling back for service like we had agreed upon. Again, I received no reply. Today is Thursday, and I did not bother calling him back. To summarize, Chris seems professional and certainly sells himself and his team well. The initial installation was a dream. He was quick, courteous, his prices very competitive, and obviously eager to cater to business. But anything after the immediate installation seemed to be an afterthought for him and a nightmare for us. While he says that he takes his clients seriously and stands by his work, his actions seem to be either those of a man who is only honest part-time or a business owner who takes on more work than he can handle and gets in over his head. Either way, it is not conducive to receiving repeat business from folks who get work done by him. In the event that Chris does not contact us to make this right, we will be seeking the services of another company to fix what he has not yet done or honored as he said he would.

He did an exceptional job. He came to give us an estimate and informed us that the previous job was done incorrectly and that if he just re grouted we would have an issue later down the road. He then directed us to The Tile Shop to pick out new tile and within a week and half he was back to install the new tile. He was punctual, and professional and the end result is beautiful. It went great! Chris is very professional and a pleasure to work with-he even saved me money by giving me advice on my tile selections. You will not go wrong with choosing Chris for any tile job. It is difficult to find people who take pride in their work like Chris. I would give him an A+.

Chris was very nice, informative, helpful and seemed knowledgeable in his trade. I was going to hire him, but after speaking with a new GC who was going to do the rest of the kitchen project, I decided it would be easiest to use one person to complete the entire kitchen project. I plan on using this company for the tiling work needed in my bathroom.

Chris and his guys did a great job. They showed up as scheduled and finished the job in two half days. Cleaned up after each day and did good work. I highly recommend Chris.

The job turned out very nicely. I am very happy with the look of my back splash. The was done very neat and clean.

Chris and his team did an amazing job. The tile job was carried into multiple rooms and the grout lines matched perfectly. Mid way through the job his 2 guys got the flu and couldnt make it. Chris was at my house the second day all alone till 730 trying to make it right. Next morning he was back at 730to wrap it up. I would use only Chris for any and all my tile work. Already planning the upstairs for next year project

I wish i could post pictures of the job Chris did. It was spectacular! We couldn't be happier. We installed tumble stone subway tile with a decorative accent band as a backlash in our kitchen. It looks so awesome. Chris did a wonderful job and we would recommend him over and over!

Chis did an excellent job for us. He is professional, personable, punctual, and precise and knowledgeable He followed up with us immediately and kept us aware of what was happening and when it was to happen. He and Mark worked as quietly as they could, considering they had to take up tile. They protected the floors and cleaned up very well. We are very pleased with his service and would use him again. We felt his price was very reasonable.
