After using 4 different pool services, we switched last year to PP and cannot believe the difference we have experienced. Their service is fantastic! They are consistent, professional, and timely. Description of Work: Provided communicated within 24 hrs, showed up on time. Replaced swimming pool motor and pressure gauge on the sand filter. Price was comparable to other providers. Unfortunately the sand filter gauge quit working after about 4 months. Probably a 10.00 part. I most assuredly will use this provider again.

Description of Work: Fixed the heater for my pool and were very nice in scheduling the repair in time for an impending pool party. Both office and repairman were nice, going above and beyond to get the repair done quickly. Repairman spent extra time educating my husband on things we needed to know about the overall function of our pool and heater.

 + -1 moreThis is my first time owning a pool and I was looking for a company to close down the pool. Gina told me they needed a minimum of 4 hours to clean up the pool and get it closed down. I told her it just needed to be closed because my pool was clean. When she came out she said my pool was actually clean and just needed to be closed down. When I spoke with them initially they never mentioned that they charged per person. I wrote them a check for less than what they were trying to charge and so far they have not disputed the payment. I purchased a cover pump from them and paid $100.00. They wanted 300.00 for the labor and a $100.00 for the pump. I paid them $200.00 for the labor and $100.00 for the pump cover. The pump has not work right since it was put in and they told me it was because it had fallen on its side. It has only been 2 months and the pump is now completely dead. The people there are very nice but the price was miscommunicated and they need to check the quality of the equipment that they are installing.

Description of Work: Our previous pool service company was so bad, our pool looked like a sewer. Expecting grandchildren for a visit, we contacted Precision Pool Service and they came out exactly when they said they would, and made follow-up trips until the pool was restored. The owner came herself to see that all was well. She's owned the company for 18 years and we couldn't be happier with the service. Our grandkids had a ball in the pool last weekend.
