Aqua Shoppe Pool and Spa

I found recently finding a professional, trustworthy and great pool company is very hard in the Columbus area until now. One Sunday I looked on HomeAdvisor and picked the first company I saw listed and haven't regretted it! I messaged Aqua Shoppe Pool and Spa and within minutes Nick responded! I needed a vinyl liner and had a leak. That same Sunday Nick dropped off the sample book. That week Nick and Allen showed up checked everything out and came to the conclusion that I was losing water from the old liner. When the liner arrived they didn't mess around. Nick, Allen and 4 other gentlemen showed up installed the liner in not the best of weather. Nick and Allen are very knowledgeable, professional and kind! Nick kept in contact with me during the whole process and arrived when he said they would arrive- which never happens from other companies. I am extremely pleased with Aqua Shoppe Pool and Spa! I have even scheduled next seasons pool opening! Thank you so much, Nick!

These guys replaced our liner and did an excellent job. They also found a leak that was under the concrete deck, pinpointed it, repaired it, and replaced the area good as new. I highly recommend them for anyone. Their knowledge and experience are second to none.

Aqua Shoppe went above and beyond to help us with our pool. We are first time pool and spa owners. This company came highly recommended by our realtor. Nick took the time to explain everything to us - from opening process, how to use and maintain our filter, as well as chemical usage. We had to have multiple loads of water delivered and new electrical ran, which was all coordinated by Aqua Shoppe . They showed up on time, were professional, affordable, and made it a point to be available to help (even during the busy season). We have hired them to open our pool, install a new filter/chlorinator, as well as pool closing service when the time come. I cannot recommend this company enoughâ ¦.. they are WONDERFUL.

Nick at Aqua Shoppe drove over 2 hours to repair our in ground pool liner. He was so helpful, kind, and efficient too! We had never opened or closed our pool before and we had a party for our granddaughter on Saturday and he talked my husband and I through the steps to open our pool at 9:00 pm at night! Nick was very responsive to our pool needs. He repaired our sand filter and removed sand that shot into our pool as a result of its malfunction. He brought a portable system (hammerhead) that extracted the sand without having to use my pool pump. Otherwise, the sand would have needed to be run through my pump - not a good idea. Nick is very friendly & saved us a lot of money compared to other pool companies that we contacted. Nick is a hard worker and we were fortunate to have been connected.

Nick went above and beyond with his customer service. In an industry where it can be difficult to get call backs, he reached out to us to see how things were going. They helped get our pool cleaner than itâ s ever been even without use of our skimmer due to a leak situation. They also cleaned and repaired our filter and replaced the sand. The rates were very reasonable. The best part of our experience though was Nickâ s knowledge and willingness to take time to explain things that they did and also the workings of the pool I didnâ t understand. This was great since I am a new pool. I already have, and will continue to refer Aqua Shoppe.
