Have used Keller HVAC over the last few years, from fall furnace inspection to spring air check ups to gas log cleaning. They are tops in all areas. Highly recommend.

Quick service call and quick response by the techniciain

The employees who did my AC tuneup were on time and very pleasant. There was a part that needed to be replaced but I felt no pressure to buy from them or do it right then (even though I decided to).

Mr. Keller was very professional and honest, service was at a reasonable, competitive cost. Would recommend and hire again without hesitation. This was a much better and trustworthy experience than was had with another well-rated Angie's List company that did work on the unit in the previous couple of years. Here is an example: Mr. Keller immediately noticed that the rubber o-rings were missing from the plastic caps that cover the refrigerant lines, which probably resulted in loss of refrigerant. The likely conclusion I can draw from this is that the other company was either neglectful (for not noticing) or possibly dishonest after adding refrigerant to the system last year!

The tech was on time and explained what was done on my A/C unit. The tech answered all of my questions and stated my A/C unit was in good working order.

Serviceman was prompt, friendly, and professional. No pushy sales.

This is a 20 year old system and they make it like ice in the house. I'm delighted to have a 20 year old system performing the way Keller has made it perform the last two years. They are very thorough and take time to explain what the needs are. This year all it needed was a little bit of Freon and it's putting out cold air. They sent one worker for the service.

Great - on time good work and professional

Work was carried out efficiently, cost seemed reasonable although this is the first time I've had a service done (moved to the area 2 years ago). Refrigerant re-gas is expensive unless you have all the gear (I don't) - I was happy with Keller's price for the re-gas. Capacitors are fairly cheap and I could have probably done it myself but paying an extra $60 for the convenience of it being changed then and there was worth it. I had recently had conversations with several of my neighbors on the topic on HVAC servicing - one recommended Keller (after I had chosen them via Angie's list) and some of the others were complaining at the very high prices quoted by other providers. Overall I was happy with the choice and result.

Wanted $425 to clean coils, etc. which was too much to pay. Found someone to do it for much less

It went well. The unit was inspected. It was cleaned and a replacement piece was needed. Everything was explained and I am very glad Now the air conditioning works great

AC is now operating again at peak capacity. Very thorough and courteous.

The technicians were quite able to clean the logs but only as long as nothing was wrong with them, Once they discovered that there was high CO after cleaning, they informed us that replacement was NOT something done by Keller and that they really had no idea what might be wrong. THis seems like a company doing an add-on service for which it is not really qualified.

Young man Ethan came and did a thorough investigation very professional. He didn't try to sell me anything turned out to be a small problem but he still checked the refrigerant while he was here. It was a half pound low so I had him top it off after he explained that you lose a little during normal servicing. Was very happy with the service definitely will call if there is another issue

All went well, but the system also needed topping up (recharging) with R22 refrigerant which added significantly to the cost as R22 is now being charged at $140/lb and I needed 3 lbs.
