Description of Work: I had previously had Morris Jenkins try to resolve the cooling issue with this unit at a rental house that I own. They could not find the issue. Keller fixed the problem by identifying several parts that needed replacing. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: he did an inspection of my AC system he that went well. I inquired about another problem where my overflow was leaking water at a faster rate than we thought it should. He told me the pipes were blocked and I paid $125 for him to clean the pipes. It seemed like it worked for about a week then it started overflowing again. He informed me he is no longer servicing my area.

Description of Work: Our HVAC was not performing at a high level. temperature in the house was not acceptable. we purchased a 21 point furnace and ac inspection, cleaning and tune-up. Glenn was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He recommended repairing one item and adding coolant. he provided evidence why items needed to be fixed. The experience was amazing, and the previous reviews are extremely accurate. Glenn was great to work with. 65.00 for the inspection. approx. 170 for the parts, coolant, and so forth. extremely reasonable.

Description of Work: Gas fireplace was taking too long to ignite and when it did come on made a loud noise. Service was for cleaning and trouble shooting of ignition. Provider was right on time and throughly cleaned fireplace. Also,adjusted ignition and when he left everything working well.Next day turned on fireplace and had problem with ignition again. Called provider,said he was in the area and would be right over. Showed up within 10 minutes and readjusted ignition and another part. Was very impressed that he showed up so quickly and apologized for having to come back a second time. Fireplace has worked perfectly ever since. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will have them out next year to clean and do check up again.
