Description of Work: This was a prepaid cleaning of the outside condenser. I asked him to check a problem in the inside unit. He did so and showed me where a component was underperforming. I asked him to fix it and he did. A very pleasant and professional man.

Description of Work: He checked our fireplace to insure it worked properly. He checked to make sure that we did not have carbon monoxide leaking. In addition to that, he did a thorough cleaning of the fireplace. When he was finished the fireplace looked better than it ever had! He also showed me how everything worked & gave recommendations to keep it working properly. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Came in to see if an ancient HVAC system that stopped working needed to be replaced or repaired. Quickly found it was a compressor, replaced it and even took the time to look at my second unit as well for no additional cost. Replaced a starter unit in the second and I opted to top off the Freon in both. Everything that needed to be replaced was clearly in bad shape (bulging or obviously not working). Work was quick, person was friendly albeit seemed tired from constant summer work. Price seemed good and will be calling again once the unit(s) need to be replaced.

Definitely worth the money.
Description of Work: Fire Place clean and tuneup. He did a great job, honest and trustworthy , will definitely do business again. After buying the house, I never used the fireplace, it was dirty and turned off. After cleaning and tuneup, the fireplace looks great and I am enjoying the heat.
