Description of Work: Glenn Keller arrived on time and performed maintainance on two Heat pumps. He found 4 unsealed leaks to the air handlers that allowed ambient air to mix with the conditioned air. Both units were well below spec refrigerant levels. He filled to specs and will return to check af=gaini in 4 weeks. | |We had a contract with the installer from the construction to now, but it was apparently a ruse.

Description of Work: The technician was professional and answered all my questions. He also took the time to educate me on the gas logs that he was there to clean and inspect. I would definitely call him back for this service as well as HVAC or other home maintenance service they offer.

Description of Work: Mr. Glenn Keller came out the other day to inspect and clean my gas log fireplace before its first use, as we had never used it before. He really did a great job, and we are now enjoying having a fire. We did not know how to light the fireplace, and he was so thorough as I made a video "how to" with my Smartphone, while he taught me what to do. He was super clean and careful and left my home better than he found it. I was thrilled with the Angie's List special offer to get this service, and would highly recommend this nice man as an HVAC contractor.

Description of Work: They were able to clean and adjust my fire logs so that they are now working properly. The pilot light and thermostat control are behaving now. The fire logs have been behaving quite well for the last few months. This same set of fire logs had not worked consistently for about two years prior to this.
