Keller Heating and Air LLC

Great, but parts recommend to replace were to high for me. I had another company replace at 1/2 the cost.

Nothing was fixed. I was advised that everything needed replacing (at almost $900.00) and that there would be danger of carbon monoxide poisoning if the pilot light were turned on. I may need a second opinion as that "repair/replace cost" seems excessive.

No service was provided I cancelled the request

Amazing, as always. Glenn came out himself, arrived early, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended the most cost effective solution. He was prepared and had all sorts of parts with him and completed the work on the spot.

It went very well. He was clean and knowledgable. Probably explained more about my logs than the guys who put them in.

Overall great job, wish offered another option where "Deep Clean" is done, which requires they remove the front grill of the compressor unit and then clean it so it's completely cleaned. Even after cleaning system was not cooling properly and he did further diagnosis and found a leak. Great job!

It was exactly what I thought it was. The tech was thorough and went into my attic to check things up there as well as the outdoor unit, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He didn't mind me hanging around and asking questions and explaining to me what he was doing. Then after he replaced the part he went back up to make sure all was good and maintained and after the unit ran for 10 mins rechecked it outside and gave the OK on it working well. He was professional and friendly and got the job done well. He also told me the capacitor should have lasted longer than 2 years and that the one they used was a higher quality plus the job was 130.00 less than the last person. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were good; I would give them an A. I haven't really shopped around, but their price seemed reasonable. Their quality of work was good.

I've been using them for two or three years ago. I actually own a couple of rental properties, and they're doing them all with the heating and cooling needs. Keller has always been professional. This time he used a young guy that he hired to work with him. The guy was professional. They're a reliable company as well. They've been doing my properties for three or four years and I haven't had a problem with it. The people tell me whatever they need and they come and fix it.

Excellent. The associate arrived when when he said he would and was very professional. He reviewed with us his findings and made suggestions should we need any repairs in the future. We highly recommend this company.

Mr. Keller and his team were courteous, prompt and professional. He provided a quick turnaround of a quote; offered a couple of options in terms of models & pricing and addressed several issues related to the duck work and dampers. Our new unit is working great. I did some comparison quotes with Lowes and one other source--his pricing is fair and reasonable. I would not chose anyone else to work on or replace at HVAC unit.

Keller pros did a tune up and check of the parts and freon levels. Added freon. When the unit still did not cooperate with our thermostat after a full afternoon, we called them again. They returned that evening and did a re-check, assuring us that all was well and unit should cooperate by morning. It did. I appreciate the diligence and professionalism of the Keller pros!
