He was very knowledgeable; got right to the job and gave us some useful information. We got exactly what we expected.

I bought a deal for $65 for an HVAC inspection but paid additional to have them fix the items that they found.

Glenn responded to the Big Deal purchase within a day and had us scheduled for the service within a couple days. On the scheduled day he arrived at our home within the promised window. Glenn was able to complete the tune-up and 2 of the indicated repairs (capacitor replacement and adding refrigerant) but was unable to complete the drain pipe service due to the drain pipes being a non-standard size that he didn't have tools to handle on his van. This necessitated a return visit that same evening. While you always cringe when a tune-up turns into suggested additional repairs, I had full confidence that everything was "above board" and an honest and necessary fix - I would have no issues at all using Keller HVAC again or recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Glenn Keller, owner, did an outstanding job. After having number HVAC providers in the past, they are nothing in comparison to the service received from Keller. His work was very through! Any problem that he encountered he shared with me the EVIDENCE that something was broken and needed replacing/repairing before he did it. I found him to be EXTREMELY honest which is nearly impossible to find any more. I will use again and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Glenn gave me a quote for a new heat pump system, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with the reliability of different manufacturers and the price difference of each. I chose the Carrier heat pump system. he also built a extension for the air duct outlet to quiet the system down. The install took 2 days, and he was very professional.

He did a good job and didn't seem like he wanted to pad the bill, just replace what was actually needed and I did know something was needed as it wasn't keeping the house cool enough on really hot days. It's doing a great job now.

Followed up immediately. Had to go back and forth several times to schedule and they called back every time and made it easy. Did good work and followed up by telling us what they did.

Glen was able to schedule my HVAC inspection on short notice. He was very courteous and professional, and explained his finding in an easy to understand manner. I was very satisfied with his services and would definitely use his services again.

Went well. Cleaned outside coils, checked electrical and A/C pressures on two systems. Found that a capacitor on each system was near the end-of-life, so I requested that they be replaced now.

Great! Service was excellent. Glenn was professional, friendly and customer centered. He was running late due to his earlier customer and kept me informed about his expected arrival. He went out of his way to show me how to operate the fireplace. Definitely planning to use him again!

Did routine maintenance for my AC unit. When he went to inspect the refrigerant in my unit, found it was low. That did cost an additional $40. I had ran out of refrigerant before, and he showed me what he thought was causing the leak. As I was waiting for the service contract sales pitch, I didn't get one. This means I will definitely use again in the future.

All went well. Glenn called on-route to our home and was well within the scheduled two hour timeframe for the appointment.

Ordered $39 A/C tune up via Angie's List online. Quick reply by Mr. Keller and appointment set up at my convenience. Mr. Keller was very profession, personable, efficient, explained what he was going to do and did it. Replaced control board, which was delayed due to weekend and part not available for two days. No problems found and he thanked me for the business. Cost of part was more than I expected when he learned of costly part. No fault to him. Great service!

Glenn was quick to contact me to schedule the appointment and came promptly on the date and time I had requested. He was professional in all respects, pleasant, and answered all my questions. He took the time to provide me with a thorough service and I was very happy with the results. I understand that this service is a small part of his HVAC business and I will definitely use him again in the future.

Glenn arrived almost to the minute that he said he would. He cleaned the A/C unit outdoors and the furnace. He inspected both and added coolan to the system. He was excellent. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs Glenn for any of the services he provides. It's nice to see someone who provides quality service at an affordable price and is simply a good guy!

Glenn was wonderful to work with. We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and had our long term non-functioning gas log repaired. Since then we have worked with Glenn twice on heating and AC issues and things went very well each time.

Mr. Keller was very prompt with communication. Definitely the fastest I have experienced on Angie's List. I had a tight timeline to fix items before closing on my house and I was able to get the HVAC issues fixed in the same trip. A previous contractor had installed too much freon so that had to be removed and the starter was approaching the end of its life so I chose to have that replaced. I felt that everything was explained clearly to let me know exactly what was going on.

The appointment went well. The provider was professional.

A+++. Glenn is a seasoned professional that having now met I can say I have an HVAC guy I can trust. He has gone out on his own because the big factory places push their techs to sell systems not support the people who need help with an honest repair. If I had called one of the others they would have told me my system needed to be replaced but Glenn fixed it and I'm comfortable it will make it through the season!
