Glen Keller was awesome! He was on time, friendly and professional. He explained everything he would be during the visit, as well as explaining his findings and recommendations every step of the way. I know who I will be calling when I have any HVAC issues in the future. I highly recommend Keller HVAC Services!!

Keller was contacted at 8:00 am and was able to arrive by 10:00 am as promised. After a thorough examination several issues were discovered and repaired. In addition, an incorrect component installation by a previous HVAC company was discovered and corrected. The system components were tested and no further problems were determined. Additional preventative maintenance work will be scheduled in the Fall to assure continuity of performance.

Glenn was great. On time, efficient and a very nice guy. He performed all the tuning/cleaning of both our units. Pricing was right on (a little extra since our units were low on refrigerant, but that's to be expected on 10+ year old units). Will definitely use again for furnace check in the fall/winter!

Mr. Keller is awesome. He inspected a second property for us that has 2 HVAC systems and then also did the fireplace / gas log cleaning and inspection. He's so nice, so trustworthy, and just a really smart, honest, decent person. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I didn't have any questions. Could every repair person just be like him?!

Mr. Keller is great! Responsive, punctual, and thoroughly explains everything. He's honest and knows his stuff and I've asked him to come do work twice now and will use him on our next property as well. Very pleased with his service and results.

He also took the time, at our request, to check the entire house for gas leaks. We had recently purchased the home and this was a concern. He found a small leak under our gas stove and was able to repair it at the same time. We also had a minor issue with one of our HVAC units and it was repaired that same day. He was very professional, helpful, and we felt that this was a great value for the services provided. Will definitely be using them in the future.

This was the single most efficient and effective transaction I have ever done - with ANY service provider! After purchasing Glenn's Big Deal for a $65 system inspection at 12:31 this afternoon, Glenn called me at 12:35 and said he was in the area and could meet me at my house a little after 1:00. Of course I took him up on it, and when I got home he was already out front waiting for me to arrive. Talk about great customer service! Granted I got a little lucky with the timing, but his response time of 4 minutes is clearly second to none and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Glenn is very open and honest, got straight to work as soon as he arrived and went above and beyond anything I would normally expect from my former HVAC maintenance crew in much less time, for much less money. He answered all of my questions after he cleaned and checked the entire system, and even showed me pictures of a loose cap that he tightened so I knew exactly what he did. As he was finishing the final diagnostic check, he showed me on his meter how our coolant pressure was above the recommended level (after showing me where to find that on our AC unit) and he recommended we reduce it to maximize efficiency. All in all this was a great experience - and my wife and I already placed a reminder on our calendar in November to call Glenn back out to service our Furnace. So glad we found Glenn today, as he will be our go-to HVAC maintenance guru for life. Thanks Glenn!

Husband decided to upgrade our thermostat when doing so, he blew a fuse. We called Keller HVAC and received excellent customer service. I expected they would have had to come out and we'd have to shell out a lot of money for an emergency service call. Instead, they walked us through how to find the fuse and fix it. What an honest company. I will definitely use them again in the future!!

Glenn is the BEST!!!!! I now have my go to guy when ever I need service for the AC or furnace! He was on time, very considerate and very professional. He changed the house filters first! Now I know they need to be changed every 3 months not twice a year!!! He was very thorough and I could't be happier!

I think there is too much upcharge on the materials he used. Why it maybe a commom practice, its too costly when you are being charged $120 for something that likely cost $20
