He arrived on time and placed protective covers over his shoes before entering he house. He then looked at the fireplace and placed protective covering on the floors. He then proceeded to perform the service and cleaned up the work area before he left. Very professional and polite.

I highly recommend Keller HVAC for gas fireplace service! Our gas fireplace looks brand new! I didn't realize how cloudy and dirty the glass was, but it looks perfect after Glenn left (after service appt). Glenn promptly replies to e-mails, communicates clearly, was on time for our appointment and was very professional. The fireplace never looked better and I would definitely call this company again!

Keller came at the appointed time, calling to let me know he was running 10-15 minutes late. I went into the crawl space with him to view the furnace. He shared with me the information the furnace was installed in 1995. He showed me what was not working properly, i.e. one part was not sending a sending a strong enough signal to another part that would signal the furnace to work properly, and how he was able to make that diagnosis. It was a good experience. He removed the worn part and showed it to me - it was half rusted and the other half had disintegrated. He called suppliers and located the part, picked it up, and installed it. Keller was pleasant to work with and very professional. He was very easy to work with and he has a pleasant disposition. We anticipate having him provide annual maintenance service on our furnace every September and on our air conditioner every April.

They took the out. They washed and cleaned them. Everything was great. When they put them back in, there was an odor to them. That was probably because they were old logs. We still have the odor. If what he said is probably true, it's not their fault. I didn't know that upfront. That might be a possibility. We don't want our logs. We need to buy new ones. Every time we turn them on, they really do smell. It wasn't really his fault but as a result of what they did, now our logs are affected. He didn't told me upfront once he found out they were old logs. He could have told me that when we do this, this may happen. I could have decided whether to do it or not. It was a good company. The man was very nice. He did what he said he would do but there was just an issue with the smell afterwards.

That went alright. I was a little surprised that he found something needed to be replaced that cost a hundred and some dollars. Maybe that was necessary but I guess it was okay. I was a little bit uncomfortable with the price but I didn't have an issue with their professionalism, responsiveness and that sort of thing.

It was fine. They were good. I had to purchase a part and it ended up more but that was not their fault. I had to get something and it was fine. It wasn't huge. He was good. I would use them in the future.

I was beyond impressed with the service and professionalism from Keller HVAC Services. Glenn Keller's response time was incredible and he walked me through everything he did as he was doing the repairs. I'm more educated about my air conditioning units than ever before. I have had AC repairs by another company (that has tons of commercials and radio jingles) that were probably fairly priced (at the time) but Glenn showed me an issue with how they installed it that likely contributed to the standard life of my AC part falling short. Honestly... how hard would it have been to have simply removed the plugs on my condenser fan motor? I highly recommend Glenn and his company to all of my neighbors and friends. He's fairly priced, extremely professional, responds very quickly, and gets the job done the right way. I plan to use Keller for any and all future HVAC needs.

Service was second to none. Friendly, courteous, knowledgable. He gave me a priced out estimate of exactly the cost and time needed. He worked quietly and efficiently. I was pleased to know that our units are, in fact, ok and so we did not have any repairs there. There was a great deal to be worked on and I was very pleased with the price.

Had a great price and was VERY quick with the service. I have used Glen Keller for my previous house and he does great work. Very friendly and accommodative. I will continue to use for any and all HVAC needs. Prices are reasonable and he suggests the best repairs and will not try to over complicate or price gouge. A power surge had knocked out my upstairs A/C (oddly, the downstairs unit was not affected). Glenn arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem - a burned-out transformer. While here I had Glenn do a tune-up on both units. Glenn thoroughly took care of everything and explained each step along the way. I learned a lot about A/C's! Glenn noticed I was wearing an "Air Force Dad" t-shirt and immediately offered me a 10% military discount. Greatly appreciated!

The service tech cleaned my unit, and checked to make sure it was running efficiently. He was able to work with me on my limited schedule. He worked quickly and explained to me what he was doing and why. He didn't mind all of my questions, and was very friendly.

I purchased an angie's list deal to have an older furnace inspected because I was purchasing a condo. I purchased it and scheduled with Keller within days. My realtor let him into do the inspection. I was at work and Keller called me and went over the details on the gas furnace. He was very good. I moved into the condo three weeks later and my AC would not work. I called Keller in a panic because it was over 90 degrees and the movers and I were hot. He not only answered his phone, but told me several things to check. He finally determined on the phone it was the programmable thermostat and tried to help me reprogram it. I could not believe how helpful he was over the phone and he did not even inspect the AC. I will continue to use Keller in my new place. I would highly suggest anyone use him.

Called to see if he could come early when a previous job wrapped up faster than expected. Seemed very thorough in the inspection. Noted air leaks in the air handler for the heat pump that was either new or missed by previous inspections. Corrected the leak and verified temperature was changing by the expected 20ish F as air went through the unit.
