They were prompt and courteous. It was a rental unit but the renters said they were great and we should use them again. We had a chimney sweep also and the renters weren't so positive about them. Thanks guys for being on time and for explaining everything about the gas fireplace.

Gentleman was very professional and protected my carpet before disassembling gas fireplace. He asked if I had any concerns with it and addressed those. He then vaccuumed all parts and tested gas levels and firing mechanism. He showed me how to turn it off and restart it if I ever wanted to. He was freindy and competent.

Great. Thorough cleaning and even helped diagnose the fact a previous HVAC company had shut off the gas line (and failed to turn back on) during a furnace replacement.

It was okay. There was something extra going on. They charged me an extra $40 and that's why I wasn't really happy with what I got. The amount of work they did for the extra $40 wasn't worth $40. They were here for an hour. I gave him three days to come but he couldn't do it.

This was the first time we have had our fireplace serviced and it proved to be a great experience. Glen was very professional. He called beforehand to give me a very close approx. of his estimated arrival time and was at my home right on time. After introducing himself and going over a few things, he got right to work, taking care to put out a covering to protect the area around where he was going to work. Then Glen took our fireplace apart piece by piece, vacuumed the whole area very thoroughly and cleaned the glass and components before putting it all back together. We have had this fireplace for 10 years and I was amazed at how he was able to make it look brand new again. In fact, it looks better then ever since he raked and rearranged the "steel wool" stuff (not sure of the correct term) so now the flame looks much more natural. Also, he was able to fix the igniter which had stopped working due to some build up. We will be sure to call Keller HVAC in the future for our gas fireplace maintenance or for heating and air work should the need arise. It was very clear from this brief service call that he is trustworthy, meticulous about his work and genuinely cares to do an excellent job. This service call was a great value - I highly recommend Keller HVAC Services!

Very organized, well prepared, and a really nice guy. Glenn had all the parts needed for my repairs. He was also very clean.

It went very well! Mr. Keller was very professional and knowledgeable. He put down a tarp to keep the floor clean and undamaged. He was on time and called before he came to tell me about what time he would be here. Good service all around. I would definitely have him do work for me again.

They were very prompt and detailed (telling me exactly what they were doing as they were doing it). I had not had my gas logs cleaned in some time and they did a spectacular job.

We had a few areas that gas was being leaked into the attic. I was glad he was able to fix that for us, it would save us in the long run more than money. He was very professional and easy to talk with. I would have them inspect and fix our HVAC's anytime.

The service was an AL advertised special...complete gas log service for $99. We live in a two story town home and use our fireplace occasionally during the season. We had not had the fireplace serviced for several years and the special was timed just right to check that off our to-do list. The company quickly responded to our request and set up a time for the service. The technician called before arriving, was on time for the appointment and got right to work on our fireplace. We were surprised at the thoroughness...the glass was cleaned and polished, all the logs were individually cleaned, the grate and interior cleaned and vacuumed and everything reinstalled per the manufacturer's specs. The gas line and valves were checked, the pilot cleaned and everything safety checked for gas and CO leaks. A very professional job...we will make this an annual service.

I had just recently purchased my home. This was my first gas fireplace. I thought it would be a good idea to have it cleaned and checked out. Not coincidentally, Angie's List had just sent me a 'deal' for this very service. Glenn Keller was very professional. He took the unit apart, cleaned out all the pieces, put it back together, then tested it. He answered all my questions expertly. Fully experienced with HVAC systems, he also checked out my faulty A/C unit since he had time available. Great experience, I recommend his services.

Glenn was FABULOUS. He not only cleaned the logs (including UNDER the assembly, which no one had ever opened and cleaned in the nearly 20 yrs I've had the house), but tested for leaks, alerted me to a possible safety problem, found me the manufacturer and serial # of my log set, and waited till I Googled the installation manual to see if the logs were properly installed (which thankfully they were). He was genuinely concerned for our safety. Wonderful, thorough, professional service: I will use him again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

It worked out well. Now that it's winter, my gas log isn't working but when they cleaned it up it was fine all over the summer and that's about it. I would use them again.

Bought the big deal for fireplace cleaning and tune up. Call back to schedule was prompt but based on demand I could not get a date scheduled for a couple of weeks which was fine. Called me the morning of the schedule to confirm which was good. Showed up on time and did a clean job. Would definitely use again.
