It went great. I had the logs cleaned before and it was making my smoke detector go off. This time, there was no problem at all. They also replaced some wiring that was preventing the logs from turning on.

They just vacuumed and cleaned the glass which I could have done it myself And they were extremely overpriced for extra work which was needed.

Very well, Keller preformed a semi-annual change-of-season system check and replaced air handler insulation that had worked loose. We now us Keller for the 2 x per year system checks formally provided by the installer of the systems.

excellent, fixed some things that were going to go bad shortly (with my permission). Also, showed me how to do some preventative maintenance myself.

A host of suggested services were offered which I declined. I requested a written estimate of the suggested services which I was told would be emailed to me. I've received nothing from the service provider.

OK, replaced a valve and cleaned everything. Valve replacement extremely expensive. Visit cost me $400+ overall.

Mr. Keller was right on time. He performed his service well and got the fireplace up and running smoothly.

Mr. Keller came himself, arrived in the very early part of our agreed upon 2-hr window. He spent what seemed to me considerably more time than the numerous major HVAC Companies I have used in the past (this is not a complaint) and I feel he did also did a much more thorough job. He was very nice and professional and seemed very knowledgeable of the system. He took pictures of various parts of the unit he inspected along with the results shown on the testing gauges and showed them to me with an explanation of the testing criteria and his findings. I was impressed. I would have Keller HVAC back for any future needs before any of the other major HVAC Companies who, over the years have been a nightmare and, I believe, cost me an fortune in avoidable repairs.

Mr. Keller is outstanding. Extremely profession, punctual, and responsive. His work is stellar and his prices are fair. I have recommending him to anyone that has asked and would absolutely use him again. He's even welcomed educating me about the work he did on my AC units and furnace while he did the work. I knew very little about the units until he walked through them with me while he worked on them. I highly recommend giving Mr. Keller your business.

Bought coupon from Angies for a gas fireplace cleaning. He came and layed out drop cloths to protect flooring. He took his time cleaning and then testing the fireplace to make sure all was working well, as we had never used this fireplace. He even tested for carbon dioxide. He even showed me how to work fireplace since we moved here less than a year ago and didn't know anything about this one. Very happy with his service, and will use in the future for all my heating needs.

They arrived promptly, were courteous and did a good job. There were a few telltale flakes of soot on the floor when they left, but something I easily cleaned up with a paper towel.
