Glenn was scheduled to come out for the AC tune-up. He was prompt with his responses and arrived on time. He did find several issues with our current system including the fact that it was not blowing cold air. He gave us a detailed breakdown of what was going wrong with the system and was able to make the repairs same day. He provided pictures and even videos for if we wanted to do some of the work ourselves but we had him take care of everything then. We would reccomend him for future uses and scheduled tune ups for our HVAC system.

I live in St. Louis MO. My 76 Year old mother lives in Matthews NC. I contacted Angie's list and was able to get service in the Charlotte area so I could find some one who could help her. Her furnace went out and my brother had a company go look at her system. They said she should replace it and the cost was going to be $5500. I contacted Glenn with Keller HVAC. He went out looked over her system and charged her $550 to fix the heater and charge the AC. Glenn was very friendly on the phone, and even answered his phone at 8 o'clock at night. My mother said he was very friendly and informed her of the best options in her case. Angie's List has done it again from 760 miles away!!! Thank you Glenn for helping out my mother. Glenn is a contractor I can trust. And, I am a repeat customer! He diagnosed and gave me the option to repair or replace an old system. I decided to replace, and he showed up when promised and completed as agreed. Highly recommend!

Glenn was very prompt in his response. I purchased the $39 HVAC package. Within a very short time, hours, I received a call from Glenn asking to set up a time. We scheduled a time and he arrived promptly at that time. He went to work immediately, cleaning the compressor and inspecting it. Later, he went into the attic to inspect the heating and the condensation pans. He indicated that everything looked fine and that the condensation pans were clear of any blockages and working correctly. There were a couple of issues that he needed to point out. Both the blower and run capacitors were on the line, as far as needing to be replaced. He mentioned that they were still perfectly functional, but were starting to drift out of manufacturers tolerances and should be replaced soon, perhaps sometime this year. Also that my refrigerant level was down about 1/2 pound. As he was here, I asked for a quote. He provided the quote and I gave the go-ahead to install the capacitors and recharge the system, $297.50. Now, my system is in shape for the summer season! I would certainly use Keller HVAC Services again. Glenn was prompt, honest, personable, and very much professional.

I'd used Keller HVAC via an Angies List Big Deal offer and was glad to see another Big Deal for them come out. Glenn responded to my Big Deal purchase within 24 hours and we scheduled the service for a couple days later. He called early the day of the service to make sure we'd be home to meet him and he was there on time. The service was completely efficiently. He found that one of our capacitor's was at the edge of performance tolerance (ie, not dead but showing age and at a higher risk of failure) and I appreciated that he took the time to show me the part - including the manufacturers label showing the tolerance range - and showed me the readings showing on his multimeter so I could see for myself that that part is on the outer edge of its service life. I've never gotten the take-advantage-of-you vibe off of Glenn but I appreciate that he goes out of his way to be clear and forthcoming in explaining issues - it only serves to reinforce my comfort with him. He also found that one of our units was a bit low on coolant. When I mentioned that this wasn't the first time we'd had that report on that unit, he mentioned a product/service that can help seal up little persistent slow leaks. Again the vibe was providing the information I needed to make an informed choice, not a hard sell. Fortunately we've been lucky so far to not have any major issues with our units (knock on wood) but Keller HVAC will definitely be at the top of our list if something were to come up.

Glenn was able to work us in for a same day appointment which was greatly appreciated. He did the work late in the evening and repaired everything very quickly. Would def use again!!

We bought the coupon but then had them do additional work. They were great, showed up on time, knew what they were doing and here is the big deal. The fireplace started having the same problem. They came out again and fixed it quickly and it's been fine ever since. I'm in the home improvement business. This is a quality firm that I will put on my list a referrals in case any of my clients need gas fireplace work done. Excellent!!

Awesome. It was supposed to have just been a cleaning. He found a problem, and continued to troubleshoot until he resolved it. He was trying the less expensive repairs first without going straight to the most expensive. I think that is above and beyond for customer service. He is always prompt and courteous. Great service, and I recommend him highly.

This is our second time doing business with Keller HVAC and we will definitely be doing business again. We had a check up on our older furnace, necessary repairs were made and recommendations for future repairs were suggested. Mr. Keller is great to work with.

I thought he was a genius getting my gas logs going. He found a small gas leak and discovered the flue wasn?t working properly therefore carbon monoxide wasn?t venting outside. I?ll hire him again for future work.

My husband was the one at home for this service call and he said it went fine. We have a big draft coming in from this insert, but neither this service provider or the power company energy audit service provider had any suggestions for that.
