Glenn was very prompt to call me as soon as my request was sent out. He schedule the appointment at a time convenient for me. He called ahead and arrived on time. So polite and I felt comfortable with he and his helper in my home. He serviced the units and found a one problem. The quote to fix it was reasonable and we had him do that. It went very well! After doing research I found that Keller had a lot of great reviews on their service and pricing. I knew I wanted to get our air fixed as quickly as possible, because we have a 4 month old baby and he was having a very tough time getting comfortable in the heat. However, I did not want to get taken advantage of because of our situation. This company lived up to their name. I know many companies will charge an arm and a leg for air services but they seemed very responsibly priced for the work they did. And our air has been working great ever since! Thank you!

Have some mildew in return air ductboard box. Estimate to follow with replacing with a metal box. Would recommend.

I chose Keller HVAC based off their excellent reviews. My last service provider was okay, but I wasn't 100 percent satisfied. Keller HVAC was superb. Felt he was completely honest and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Took time to discuss the pros and cons of all my options. Also quickly diagnosed a problem i had with one of the units. When he was done, I told my wife we definitely called the right place. Keller is my new HVAC service provider going forward.

The worker is an apprentice was able to answer all my questions. The service that he delivered was more the excellent.

The man and I guess it was his son came this morning to give my 26 year old a/c unit a cleaning and tune-up. They found a few items that needed to be replaced and said the repairs would cost $229.00. Just last month I had hired someone else who told me I needed over $1600.00 worth of repairs and tried very hard to talk me into buying a new unit. I am glad I got a second opinion from Keller HVAC. They saved me a lot of money and I can tell the air is coming out of the vents better. They are very friendly, honest and professional. I will definitely hire them the next time I need my unit serviced.

The techs were very nice. Just make sure that you ask if they do warranty work on your HVAC brand. I forgot to ask that. They were honest and answered all my questions.

Glenn arrived right on time and got right to work doing the inspection and tune up. Glen was very professional. Work performed was prompt and and AC performance was noticeably improved. I'll definitely recommend them and plan to use Keller again in the future for PM or repairs.

The unit was low on freon because it had a leak in one of the valves

Glenn was a true professional and very friendly. He responded immediately to my original call and arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. We have been in our house for nine years and other than annual maintenance service, we have not had any major costs associated with our HVAC. There were a few repairs that we needed, but Glenn did apply and "salesman" tactics or pressure. He let us know what we needed to do and what we could delay for a while if needed. We did have a leak in one unit where the coolant was slowly leaking over time. He provided a sealant that seems to have done the trick. However, we will know for sure when we have our annual maintenance next year. Nonetheless, I would recommend Glenn and will be contacting him again for services in the fall to prepare for the winter months.

Very thorough inspection. Replaced defective part and explained all work done in great detail. Showed us what was causing issue and explained costs. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time.

Glenn called prior to arriving at the time we had set. He was right on time. He performed the tune up on both systems. He was very thorough and took time to explain what he was doing. He found a few small problems and was able to fix them on the spot for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Having dealt with other service companies Glenn was the best I have had service my A/C. Would definitely use Glenn again.

Glen is the owner and arrived as scheduled, was clean and extremely professional. Took time to clean and inspect both upstairs and downstairs units to insure they were working properly. He found a bad capacitor on the upstairs unit and replaced that during the visit. He added 1 pound of Freon to the upstairs unit and emailed a receipt and invoice detailing his work. Would highly recommend to others.
