In the 2 years that we've lived in our home, our fireplace has always been temperamental and frequently refused to light. Glenn, the service tech, did a thorough cleaning, inspection and tune up and showed me an easy fix (saving me $550.00 for a new part) in the event that the part in question continued to stick. Fireplace has worked great ever since. I highly recommend Keller HVAC!

It was fine. I called and they come when I wanted them to. They were on time, professional. He cleaned up and did what I asked him to.

It went great, the technician was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and what could wait. I have 20 year old unit, so I expected the pocket damage to be higher. I will definitely use them again.

Very well, Glenn arrived on time, performed the fall / winter check-up for both systems. Installed an access to the condensate drain lines and cleared the build-up of "black stuff" in the lines. Do not know why the original installer of the systems in 2008 created closed loops for the condensate drain lines.

The cleaning part was great, the inspection part - not so much. They told me my gas valve was leaking and it would cost $447.00 to replace it. I was skeptical, so I called my own plumber to come in and check for a gas leak. He bubbled the valve with the gas on, with the gas on and the pilot lit, with the pilot lit and the logs burning and there was absolutely no evidence of a gas leak. Instead of smelling gas here, I smell an attempt to upset.

I have been using Glenn since 2014. He is always on time, professional, reasonably price and performs all the work him self. I purchased a furnace cleaning/tune up through Angies List and received a call several hours later to schedule my appointment. Upon arrival Glenn got straight to work and did an excellent job as always.

Everything was fantastic. Everything was positive. They answered all of my questions. Everyone was courteous and they did a great job.

All went well. The tech was early (he called first to make sure the timing worked), cleaned up everything.

As always, Glenn was wonderful to work with. He showed up on time and completed the project as he said he would. Our air conditioning system was not working and Glen even set up our old system so we had cool here the night before he did the installation.

Keller did a great job. The gentleman that can to service the fireplace was professional, sharp and articulate, and very polite. He was respectful of our house and kept things very clean and tidy. The price was fair, and he did a very thorough job. We would certainly recommend.

I called Keller HVAC after receiving a high quote and recommendation to replace a TXV valve from another local company. Keller responded quickly to my request for a quote and a technician came out to my house. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the TXV valve did not in fact need to be replaced, and the unit only needed 2 lbs of refrigerant. Keller saved me a ton of money and fixed my system by addressing the actual problem instead of up selling me on an unnecessary repair like the other local company attempted to do. The technician, Ethan, was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be more pleased with the service Keller provided.

I bought the electric one online. He came out and took out the gas one and installed the electric one for me. I got him through Angie's List. He did a marvelous job. I might call him about conditioning my A/C and HVAC too.

Awesome! They scheduled me fast, arrived on time, performed the work, took care of the area they worked in -- Ethan was clean and expeditious. But it took the time and care to look at and clean each element of my fireplace. It looks awesome. Would totally recommend Keller and would use them again!

A lady called me ASAP to set up an appointment right after I sent an inquiry here, it was a Sunday night. Instant Wow. They worked in my short timeframe, I needed repairs done to sell my townhome. The guy came out and was very nice, (sorry, I forgot his name), and he was very understanding of what I needed-I had an inspector's nitpicky report for him to review. He inspected the unit and told me what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. I gave him the go ahead and was relieved that it wasn't as expensive as I thought it could be. I left him in the condo to finish the job and went back to work. He did everything we agreed upon. He even took a photo for the appraiser since he had to go in the attic anyway.They were really excellent to work with, I would definitely recommend them!

Perfect !! Right on time!! Nice to my dogs. LOL!! Found the condenser burned out immediately!! He even showed me the broken part. It was REALLY broken. Also gave showed me where the last company had overfilled the freon and that was a bummer. I was expecting a WAY HIGHER expense. It was around $300. Pretty good for a 10 year old Carrier system. I called a couple of other companies just for the H*** of it to see if I got a good deal and my visit was about $40 cheaper and more for the same work. YEAH !!!! I would have been ok if it would have been the same or more. The tech looked all of about 18 years old but super professional and sweet. A_1 service. I like it when I can just pay someone to solve my problems and I don't get a headache !!

The technician from Keller HVAC arrived right on time. Tested the fan assembly, cleaned and found the problem quickly. A bug got stuck in the electrical circuit box. He professionally cleaned and tuned the system. We were cool agin in just 30 min. No additional charge!! Strongly recommended. Professional and reliable service!

Went great. Technician was late, but called to notify me that he was going to be late and gave an appoximate time he would arrive. Did a thorough job and declared that system was in good shape and need nothing to be done.
