Technician was very courteous and thorough. I was shown the ins-and-outs of how my particular unit operates and all of its safety features, dangers of carbon monoxide, along with the "quirks" I may run into in the future. Extremely helpful because I had no experience with gas fireplaces. Would definitely recommend.

Ethan was running a little behind but he called to let me know when he'd be there. He identified the problem and recommended a repair. He also recommended preventative measures. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I have HEAT!!

I rarely write reviews, but I have to in this case. I was just so impressed. Ethan called before arriving and got here at the exact time he said he would. He proceeded to line the carpets around the fireplace with protective cloths. He took our log set apart and answered any and all questions I had about the set. He made sure everything was in working order and cleaned and vacuumed and redid the sand (to make sure the fire burned evenly), etc. He cleaned it thoroughly and double and triple checked carbon monoxide levels with and without the damper open. His thoroughness and pleasant attitude really impressed me. These will be my people from now on when it comes to my fireplace as well as HVAC services.

Excellent, Mr Keller shows up on time and always lets you know what is wrong and what the cost will be upfront, no hidden surprises. He has also worked on our gas log fireplace in the past.

This is the third time I have used Keller HVAC now, and all I can say is Glenn and his team are some of the most professional, courteous people you will ever hire for a job. Another great experience with Keller! The attention to detail and willingness to answer questions and give good advice is such a pleasure. After putting down protective coverings for the area, he thoroughly dismantled, cleaned, tested, and inspected every part of our gas log system, and also did a visual check of our chimney and flue. He then put everything back and tested the flame pattern before calling the job complete. We now can have peace of mind using our gas logs for another season.

The report was that the logs and fireplace were in good condition. The fact is the logs and started needed replacement.
