 + 0 moreTwo employees from Keller arrived as scheduled, and performed a cleaning and tuneup of my gas fireplace logs, including cleaning the glass doors. In the course of the much needed cleaning of the pilot light, they determined that an opening in the back of the fireplace was a cause of my pilot light occasionally going out when a breeze blew in. They secured the opening, and the pilot light and fireplace has worked great ever since. Very professionally done.

I bought the deal again last night and they called me first thing this morning; that is what you call excellent customer service. The two technicians showed up exactly when they said they would. They were extremely polite and made my fireplace shine. I could not have been any happier with the service today!

Day before scheduled appointment, heat pump fan blade became dislodged causing damage to unit. That caused heat pump to ice up inside and out. Routine maintenance was completed and estimate was issued for replacement unit. Unit was 18 years old and needed replaced. Exceptional and friendly service by Glenn's technician, Ethan.

 + -1 moreThey were able to send someone the same day. The problem was likely caused by ice on the blades the day the rocking happened and I was reassured no damage had been done to the unit despite the violent movements.
Description of Work: I had recent trouble with one of my condensers rocking and making a lot of noise. I wanted the unit inspected to reassure myself there was nothing wrong with it.
