Perfect Don't remember the date or cost

Ok except was going to charge me full price for capacitors knowing my unit was less than 3 yrs. old. It wasn't until I reminded him of that, then he offered that it would be done under warranty.

Arrived on time, performed maintenance check and explained process. There were no hidden or extra charges

It was cool. He was great. He came in and he did his job. He was clean, everything was perfect. My interactions with them was very confident. The work turned out great. They are good people. It was a fair price.

Technician arrived on time and was very detail oriented.

He came out and was cleaning with the cleaning solution the two units outside and ended up shorting out the circuit board on the older unit so the machine switched over to the back up circuit board. He said I have to replace that and it took about two weeks to get that in and the metal plate over it. I guess Trane, who makes it, does not put a metal plate over the circuitry. Initially a disaster but fixed everything on their own time, so it took a long time. I purchased the deal but when they came out and saw I had two units they charged me again and then ended up cutting me a check back. They essentially messed everything up but made it all right. They are probably very competent. They had to come back out and do this several times.

It was a good. They were on time as well. They did a good job cleaning, and they also checked my ac. He did everything that I asked. So, it was fine.

No problem, all work performed was as described.

The person was extremely thorough, had a lot of depth of experience. We had a lot of problems with our remote control, and he showed us how to avoid that in the future.

They were fine. This is the second time that I have used this company, and I like them very much. The person this time, was little less experience, then the person they sent before. Still doing his best. We have a problem with our controller for the gas logs. It needed replacing, and he wasn't able to order it through the company, and had to order it separately. Very quickly. Ten days or less. He was very thorough and accurate with all that. I don't think so. I am trying to remember. There was a lot of back and forth that the controller didn't work. He thought he had one in the truck, and we would have to pay extra for that. Then the one in the truck didn't work, so we didn't have to pay extra. Its good service for that small price. I sure will, yes. As well as I remember, he did clean up carefully. Less than an hour, I think. Maybe coordinate on their home office, to order materials that the customer needs.

Repairman called to say he was running a little late.....Really appreciate a call when someone is running late ! He took the gas logs apart and cleaned. The flames look better than when they were new.....15 years ago. The repairman cleaned up totally around the fireplace and was on his way after about an hour........Best maintenance call I have had in quite some time.....I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.....Great job

Ethan came at the time he said he would. He was personable, and totally professional. He did the job efficiently, and totally cleaned up after himself, even to the point of rolling up the hose he used. He is a credit to Keller and I would not hesitate to have him/them service my HVAC system, and they will be servicing my furnace in the fall.

He's very knowledgable and does a great job of explaining what your options are. He worked for a big company that wanted to jack up their bills and another who did warranty work and wanted to skimp/put bandaids on to save money rather than do things correctly. Because he's a man of integrity, he decided to start his own company and do people right at a fair price.
