I appreciate his recommendation of replacement instead a very costly repair. I would not hesitate recommending Nate to anyone needing appliance repair.

He came promptly when asked, expertly assessed the situation (breakdown of washing machine, clean dryer duct, inspect problematic dishwasher), planned for the repair, got the part, then came and did the work thoroughly, efficiently, cleanly, and reasonably. He’s my man for big appliance repair and service. While hard-working, he's also an interesting, delightful person to be around.
