As a professional myself I never claim to know what I don’t. The service was very friendly and he worked really hard to clean my dryer vent. At the end of the service I was told the airflow was not where he hoped it would be. I may want to get a dryer vent specialist to look at it. Cost me about $250. Fast forward a couple months maybe- the airflow hadn’t improved, the laundry room was heating up and eventually the dryer died. I got a dryer vent specialist to inspect… and clean and he pulled out about a pillow case full of lint that Gizmo gadget had missed .My dryer vent is now fixed $250 and then $460 later plus the cost next of a new dryer. Moral of the story is please don’t advertise to clean dryer vents if you can’t get ALL the lint out. Apparently he didn’t have the equipment to get it all out or see it was in there- just glad my house didn’t burn down in the interim. Not Not happy. It says satisfaction guaranteed. I might change my review if the company does the right thing and refunds my payment. After his visit, the proper cleaning, and a new dryer will run me over $1000.00 . And it wasn’t the dryer vent that was the problem… they just didn’t clean it thoroughly. In a world where many don’t do the right thing, maybe this company will?

They did a great job. they had to order a motor for my dryer. They came back to installed and we have had no issues. Would use them again.

Nate with Gizmo Gadget Appliance Repair LLC is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I initially inquired about a dishwasher not heating and drying properly. Also, the dishwasher was not draining correctly. He contacted me within one hour and came out the very same day. Once Nate arrived, he had the dishwasher issues diagnosed within minutes. He fixed the drainage issue immediately and needed a part in order to repair the heating and drying issue. He promised he’d be back ASAP with the part in order to complete the heating and drying issue. He kept his promise/word and was back with the necessary part SOONER than expected! When he came back with the part and to finish the dishwasher repair, I asked him to look at another appliance that had a minor issue with it. He GLADLY told me that he would and he had it fixed within minutes! Overall, Nate with Gizmo Gadget Appliance Repair LLC is responsive, prompt, affordable and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY! He and his company exceeded expectations and do excellent work! Nate immediately responded to my service request despite the late hour. Scheduled quickly, communicated well and was honest. Our dual oven stopped heating beyond the preheat setting. Our high limit safety cutoff was apparently tripped during a power outage. It was a simple fix minimal cost fix. He could have otherwise taken advantage of a clueless consumer, but was up front, honest and just charged me his service call rate for. Would definitely hire again.
