Description of Work: I am still waiting on a cost estimate to get the work I need done very soon. I have had to call to make them aware I am waiting for their estimate and have not received a response. It has been over a week since they stopped out to take a look at the job with no communication from them.

 + -1 moreIt was an ongoing maintenance. They did come usually but, at one time there was a problem they came immediately and fixed it. They were efficient. There have been times where it hasn't been cut or kept up but, the situation was rectified with phone call.
