It was okay to poor. They started our decent. They ended up completely inadequate. When they first started we had a pool robot that keeps the pool clean. At the very beginning it was broken and we asked them to fix it. They just didn't understand it. The more serious problems were later. The first person was fine, but the second person was horrible. When one of their people left the business they forgot about us and we didn't have our pool serviced for a month. They kept saying they were busy and they wouldn't come for some time. Our pool looked cloudy and so we called them. It turned our the last person had forgotten to put chlorine in the pool. The same person that was working on our pool for a while. The pool robot was broken. They said they would fix it. Finally they sent a technician who fixed the problem, but for three weeks or so we had to keep asking them to come and fix it. We have a little pond as well. It has a pump and it is near the pool. One day the pool guy came and after he left the pond level went down six inches. I called them up and told them that I thought the guy that was just there had drained some of the pond. The next time we had the pond filled again and the same thing happened again. We called and they came out to look at it. This guy came out there and sure enough they had been confusing the pool filter from the pond one. Then this guy was coming to label the difference, but we ended up having to pay a technician to tell him which was which. That was the last straw. It seems like it depends completely on which person comes out to service your pool. Not everybody was bad.

The salt water makes its own chlorine, so all they really have to do is clean the water. There is a salt water filter.

It's very good. They show up when they are supposed to and do their job. We pay them to do the job and that's about it. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

My old pump went down while I was vacuuming on Sunday. I called Monday morning and they promised to try to fit me in since the pool was down, even though they were booked solid for 2 months. They came out the next day to see what was needed, ordered the new pump and installed the following day. Kevin cleaned up the area and simplified some of the piping while he was at it, making it much easier for us to access and use. Their work is of the highest quality, they give you options, and they are extremely helpful when asked for advice. I just can't say enough good things about everyone I've worked with at Clearwater Pool.

The original owner had the pool installed with a sand filter, at some point he replaced it with a DE filter. One year after we purchased the home while opening the pool, we found the sand filter cracked. We struggled for two summers with algae. We called Clearwater in December. They gave us an estimate to replace the sand filter with the DE filter housing we had. They told us we could order the grids or they could, whichever would be quicker. We had them order all parts and install them. They re-piped and installed the DE filter. The work was neat and easy to access. They provided additional advice as well. We had some trouble connecting and getting an estimate but weren't really concerned given the season. The algae problem cleared up shortly after the new filter was installed. There were some delays in materials arriving so installation was rescheduled a couple of times. We will use them again.

We made an appointment to check our pool. Bryan, one of the employees came the next day, called 45 minutes before his arrival. He checked the pool and the pump, explained everything in details to me (we just bought the house and had never a pool before) and was very very helpful with tips. He cleaned the filter, checked our pump and the water quality and told me what stuff we need to buy to maintain our pool during the summer. He was very friendly and I was really impressed with his service. We also discussed the option about switching to a saltwater-systems and he gave me the pro's and con's on that. All together - great and quick service and very experienced staff. I will use them again!

Great job, the pool was repaired and sparkling in less than two days.

We have used them for the past 5 years and they have been fantastic. I would recommend them. Cost is of a monthly contract.

Scheduling was prompt and friendly, and serviceman was on time, courteous and professional. I was pleased at the quickness and ease of working with them.

After calling two other pool companies(one who didn't show up, and the other came, said he didn't have the part on his truck and never came back) we called Clearwater. He came the next day, promptly fixed the problem, and was pleasant and easy to work with.

Another pool company incorrectly diagnosed problem and did not follow up. Clearwater correctly diagnosed problem and contacted pool builder to verify part under warranty. Clearwater had to order part. Returned 3 days later to install.

Quick response to a message left on office phone. The person who received the message called back to get the details. Got a call back from a technical representative who scheduled the appointment. Good experience. All calls were returned promptly as promised.

Keith & staff @ Clearwater were on time, professional staff & after 2 other estimates, we found them very reasonably priced.
