 + 0 moreThey showed up on time and appeared ready to work. I asked Dean's brother if they could also power wash my patio since they were here. His reply was that he would have to go back and get the equipment for that, which would eat up a lot of time. They began with blowing the leaves out of the gutters with a leaf blower. Another associate came inside and started to clean the kitchen and family room windows, she did a pretty good job on those. I was in a meeting while they were here so I'm not sure who did my main windows, which are my family and dining room windows. What I do know is that they are cloudy and streaky. I immediately called Dean to notify him about the windowsills not being wiped out. Later when I started to notice that some of my windows were cloudy, his response was "maybe water settle in the double panes (which I don't have) and made the windows cloudy." I called back the next day and asked if he would come out to view the job before too much time passed. Never came.
Description of Work: Hired to clean all outside windows, the inside kitchen, living, master bedroom, family room and foyer windows. They were also hired to clean to gutters and garage door windows. We were so happy with AAA in the past but, they truly dropped the ball this time. We realize that it was a different crew and Dean cannot be at every cleaning but, he needs to make sure that his people are doing their job. I was counting on AAA to do a good job. We had Christmas parties scheduled. I would have been satisfied if Dean would have come out to view the work done.
