Johnny did an outstanding job! After a brief mix up about the day and time they immediately sent Johnny over. He was professional and did all windows by hand which made them sparkle! He was professional and a very hard worker. I will definitely use them again.

The service was excellent. The workers came in on time. They explained what they're going to do. They put booties on their shoes. Made sure that we were satisfied with each floor. The price was more than fair. Their boss was really good and call us back and verified when will we be home. They were totally professional. They knew what to do.

Did NOT go well. Two workers arrived on time and were very courteous. After the one worker went upstairs to start the job the other worker who seemed to be the leader asked if I was aware that the outside would NOT get the same treatment of care as the inside; a less quality job. I said I was not aware of this. I asked him to call his boss to clarify that that was NOT the agreement between the sales person and my husband for the work, price quoted and oral agreement made (contract). The sales man was at our home the day before and walked the property to verify how many windows were going to be cleaned inside and out. Owner calls my husband after this revelation to tell my husband that he will honor the salesman quote - if that's what was quoted then he'll (owner) honor the price for the job to be done correctly. Then, all of a sudden the workers are called off the job 5 minutes later because the Owner decides that he will NOT honor the job quoted! My husband calls him back to ask why he won't honor the quoted job without the discount given that was in question. He refuses! He states that the salesman should never have quoted us the job at the 1st price nor given us a discount either. We agreed upon a price for a job to be well executed, but yet when the workers arrived the job was NOT as agreed upon in a verbal contract between us and the company.

Employee was very courteous and did an outstanding job. He quietly went about doing the work and was finished in about four hours. He cleaned inside and outside the windows.

Great, there was a problem that turned out not being AAA's but they step up and fixed it for us. The seals on our front doors were broken and they fixed and re-tinted this door glass again and re-tinted the 4' X 5' window over the front door. This window has bubbles in the tinting that would not come out so they re-tinted it. This whole process started last October took a year but it was worth the wait.

They were wonderful!! It was extremely easy to set up an appointment, and they were able to come out within days of making the appointment. All of the people I worked with - from the scheduler to the crew were very professional and easy to work with. They sent a crew of 2. The crew showed up on time and worked very diligently. I had a few special requests in how they approach the job, and they were more than willing to accommodate me. The end product was also very well done - I have had neighbors compliment us on how sparkling our drive and home look. I would definitely recommend this company to others. As a side note, the only reason I gave a B on price is that this type of work is expensive. There are cheaper companies out there - and it would have been great if it had been a bit less- but the quality was great, and I don't know that other companies would have been able to handle all the different types of jobs they accomplished in one trip or have done it so well. I also had checked into a few other companies - and the price was not out of line with what others were charging for low-pressure washing.

It went very well. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. It has made a very big difference in the sun glare and the heat coming through the windows. I would recommend WindoSolutions to anyone wishing to reduce the glare or heat from large windows.

Management was very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns when considering whether to use their services. Scheduling was done quickly. Workers were professional and did a thorough job. Excellent experience! I would definitely use them again.

They did just fine. They were prompt to respond to my inquiry and to schedule an appointment. They took me in their schedule in a prompt period of time. They did what they said they were going to do.

Workers arrived right on time. Very friendly. Got to work immediately after I showed them which windows I wanted cleaned. My windows were filthy and window sills filled with cobwebs and leaves. Looks great now! Gutters were loaded with debris. I even had 3 foot tree sprout in one. They took away most of debris they cleaned out of gutters. Overall very satisfied with work.

It was easy to set up the appointment for the work to be done. I received a call two days prior that they could be here to do the job one day earlier. I was told the approximate time of arrival and was kept informed throughout. Jeff and Mark arrived when promised and were very friendly and immediately went to work. The job was done very efficiently and my windows now sparkle. They will be my first call for future window cleaning!

They came, cleaned our gutters and they did a fantastic job. They came out, they told us what it would cost and it cost exactly that. They cleaned the gutters out nicely and they didn't leave any mess on the ground. They were here when they said they'd be here.

It was excellent. They showed up on time when he said he was coming. They were very well organized. They were very careful in the house. They just did a really good job cleaning the windows. I would recommend them because of the quality of their work. The price was fair for the windows that we have.

Process went well. One gutter downspout was clogged with roofing debris, requiring a return visit. They can back promptly and quickly took care of the problem. Thoroughly satisfactory.

I had been getting water inside my screened-in porch due to some issue with my gutters. I called AAA Window Cleaning and they happen to have a crew near my neighborhood and were able to swing by about an hour after I called. I explained my problem and they cleaned the gutters, ran water through my problem gutters and cleaned up. About an hour later, it started pouring and I didn't have one drop of rain inside my porch! They fixed whatever the problem was and were terrific, very professional, and did everything I asked. I will be using them often!

My experience with them went really good. They were fast and their finished product was really good; there weren’t any bubbles or anything like other companies do.

Personnel arrived on time and spent several hours cleaning out gutters on 2-story house. Recent heavy rains indicate they did a good job as gutters had no areas of over-flow. Second time I have used this company.

Very professional and prompt. We had water coming into our house because of a clogged gutter and AAA worked us into the schedule the next day before it could rain again and cause further problems. They were a pleasure to deal with and we will rehire again instead of trying to do our gutters ourselves. Worth every penny!

Woody does the work at AAA Window Cleaning. He is here on time, he gets the job done quickly, if he sees any problems and if there are some repairs to be done on the gutters, he takes care of it if he has the materials with him. Last time he didn't charge me anything extra for the extra work that he did and his prices are fair. The experience with him is good. I have used him before and have had good results both times. He is pricey so I told him that if he wants more frequent work, then he needs to reduce the price. I will use him again this fall, he is very good and he is a good person to deal with.

They were punctual and they were good on what they did. I wasn't too impressed because I called them to see if they could come here and do what the last company had selected and he said that, and I really don't think they'd do that so it's not fair to say this but they never called me back so then I got on to Select but I really don't think that AAA did that intentionally, they didn't call us back. I just think that was something that they do.

Wonderful ! They were very professional and showed me many options, and allowed me time to decide which was best for my home. After my decision, they scheduled an appointment for installation, and everything went very, very smooth. We're extremely pleased and feel like we definitely made the right choice in both the company(AAA Window Cleaning - I think the division that did the film installation is "Windo Solutions") and the best choice in film (Huper Optik). I would absolutely recommend them - Dean Randall runs a first class operation (they've cleaned my windows professionally) and their film division is excellent as well. They truly cared that I got the right product for my home - and I felt that they respected my feelings and listened to my needs.

They did a good job. I would rehire them in the future. The price was right.
