Description of Work: Brian was called to repair a dryer and an ice maker in a refrigerator. Brian recommend replacing the dryer and repaired the ice maker. Brian worked quickly and had all repair parts needed for the ice maker. No return visit needed. | |His price was reasonable and so were the parts. I recommend his services and would use him again.

Description of Work: Brian is a very pleasant young man who has had his own appliance service for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. This particular call involved removing my microwave from the wall where it had been improperly installed, and putting up brackets to secure it to the wall - as it should have been installed in the first place.

Description of Work: Awesome. Definite nit ripped off. Told me beforehand what he thought the cost would be based on my diagnosis. I didnt want to waste my money if i needed a new washer.

Description of Work: Received a call back from Brian within hours of leaving a message regarding oven repair. Appointment was set for two days later. On the appointed day, Brian called and asked if he could come an hour earlier than scheduled. He diagnosed the problem (burned out heating element) and installed a new one. Total time from arrival to departure was not more than half an hour. I was delighted with his service and very happy that I did not have to buy a new oven. Would definitely call him again for any appliance repair.

Description of Work: Attempted to repair clear ice maker first by cleaning and then a subsequent visit to replace water valve. Worked OK for 90 days and then began grinding sound that I called him about first. Never called him back or anyone else-believe it is chronic problem .

Description of Work: Clothes dryer stopped and I could not determine cause. Joined Angies List and called Brian Appliance Repair. He responded that he could come in an hour, did so, found and replaced blown heat fuze and had dryer working again. Checked outside vent. Excellent skills and personality. Will use Brian in case of future appliance repair needs. FYI, I have written several books on customer service, parts and maintenance; and admire a craftsman who does as well as Brian.
