Brian's Appliance Service

Brian was so responsive. My unit is a 2002 microwave oven combo, (old), and while changing the microwave light (another story) my keypad stopped working. Brian researched if another could be purchased to install but it couldn't. After more research on my problem he had me do a couple of things over the phone to see if could work but to no avail. This review is how responsive Brian was. I have to buy another unit but without his rapid response it could have taken weeks to figure just that out.

Brian came the next day and as usual was able to replace the pulley wheel on the spot. I used his services in the past and would highly recommend him.

Called Brian. He does not work on LG. However, he diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes during the phone call. Sure enough, it was exactly what we needed! Great guy, knows his stuff, and would recommend him to anyone.

Called and he was at my home the next day. He had a replacement ice maker on hand and had me up and running in not time.

Brian immediately knew the solution.

Called Brian at 9:15 on Monday morning about an ice maker that had stopped working. He arrived in less than 2 hours and installed a new ice maker on the spot. Excellent work, very personable, and enjoyable transaction. Will work with again for sure.

We called and Brian came the next day, was professional, quick and charged less than the same previous repair by another company. Also, we were not there, Our renter let him in, but he was quick, efficient, then billed us by email. We will definitely will use him again! Very pleased!

We called and Brian happened to be in the neighborhood. He was at our house within 15 minutes. Brian diagnosed the problem and replaced an electronic board and a sensor. That fixed the problem. Brian is very personable and professional.

He responded quickly to my message and did not work on LG refrigerators but he was very courteous and I mentioned that we had just installed a garbage disposal on the weekend and as I did not feel it had any bearing on the fact that my refrigerator no longer would dispense water. When I said we lived in Sun City he said there was three water shutoffs under the sink and most likely we did not open all of them. He was so pleasant and took the time to tell me to check the shutoffs. I would give him A+ ane would definetely call him in the future for appliance repair

Brian responded within an hour of my call and arrived the same morning with the correct part to repair my refrigerator. The best service I have ever experienced!

Brian arrived on time, understood the problem and repaired the unit quickly. I would call him again.

Brian was prompt in his response and couldn't have been nicer when he came to our house. After taking a look, he informed us that the gear box was going bad, which was the reason the spin cycle wasn't engaging, and that it would ultimately cost more than the washer was worth. He said that he would rather show us a trick to temporarily keep the washer running until we could save for a new one than have us buy the part and the labor for him to come back and install it. He is a great guy that I would definitely recommend.

This was the first time I have used Brian's Appliance Repair but will use him again in the future. He was professional and was able to diagnose the problem and repair it in under 30 minutes! His total price including the part was less than a trip charge from another appliance repair store in the area.

There would be no hesitation on my part to use Brian for future repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledeble. It pays to use an owner operated business.

He was fantastic. I called him to set an appointment. He told me that he was in my area, and that he would be at my home in 30 minutes. When he arrived I told him what was happening with my refrigerator. After a short explanation he stated to me that he knew what was wrong and replaced the part I needed in about 20 minutes. He is very professional and very knowledgeable.

Our refrigerator was misbehaving. The freezer was ok, but not the fridge.( 62 degrees does not keep food fresh ) I called Brian and left a message. He returned my call within a few minutes and arrived the same day for service. He said that it was either the control board or the freezer fan. After replacing the control board, the freezer fan was still not working. He then replaced the freezer fan. Everything checked out fine then. He said then that our old control board was not the problem, so he removed the new one and reinstalled the original. Everything was working fine then. So....his diagnostic skills were great and he replaced ONLY the needed parts. He gets an A+ in workmanship and honesty. While we are not looking forward to any other appliances failing, we know to call Brian if needed.

Brian responded promptly to my call with a visit the next day to diagnose the problem, He suggested new parts be ordered and installed, and provided a detailed estimate. He called and returned a couple of days later and installed the ordered parts in short order. Everything works fine again. Very well done!

Yesterday, our 15 year old Kenmore washer decided to stop working in the middle of a wash cycle. What a pain...dirty wet clothes and a backlog of dirty dry clothes! A lesson not to wait until you're wearing the last clean item from that particular drawer. Next stop: Angie's List. Brian's Appliance Service came up as the nearest A-reviewed repair person. Since it was Sunday night (I know, who does laundry on a Sunday), I waited until a reasonable hour on Monday (8:15 am) and gave Brian a call. Left a voice mail but he returned my call in less than an hour and promised to be here by noon. He arrived at 11:45, identified the problem as a bad switch, had the part in his truck, and the washer was up and running in 15 minutes. How much better than that can it get? Other than Brian himself is pleasant and professional. A Plus.

Made the app last week and he said he would be here today. He was prompt and gave good service. It took him about 20-25 minutes to complete the service. He has great experience, he's pleasant, efficient, very nice and professional.

Called this morning, left message. Call was returned within a very short time. He was already going to be in Sun City so said he could stop by between 9:30 and 10:00. He arrived at 9:30 and washer was repaired within a few minutes! I will definitely call him again

He was excellent. The price is reasonable. He was prompt and honest.
