Description of Work: Called for a free estimate, which I received. Two service technicians came and worked for a couple of hours and left me with a cleaned roof, siding, brick, porch, gutters, and windows. Description of Work: First time we used this company in 2014. We had a very good experience and this is why we decided to use them again last year. So last year job was done very poorly (clean siding, gutters, windows - windows after washing were dirtier then they were before). Cleaner had to come back twice to "fix the problem". Even when we told them that we would be out of town on certain days they came when we were out. No we won't use them again.

 + 1 moreThe crew arrived at 10AM and setup their equipment. There was a problem with the pump, but Pat's wife brought a new relay and the work barely stopped. They finished about 2PM. The only thing they left behind was a gleaming house.
Description of Work: Pat and his crew removed all the mold on my roof, cleaned siding, cleaned windows, scrubbed the gutters and window frames, cleaned the windows and patio. They took special care to neutralize the effect of cleaning solutions on my plants. There is no sign of any damage to the landscape. The low pressure washing process spared my roof and siding from damage. The crew was prompt, courteous and professional. I would recommend ProWash to anyone. I plan to use their services in the future.

 + 1 moreOverall it was a good experience. Easy no pressure approach. He gave me all the due diligence information I asked for. He also came out to house and demonstrated the effectiveness of his cleaning system by cleaning a small portion of my house at no charge. The service went faster than the high pressure cleaning service I used last time. I especially liked the low pressure system they used on the siding and roofing. I always worried about the potential for damage and water infiltration from the high pressure method.
Description of Work: Cleaned roof. Cleaned exterior of house such as viny siding, gutters, downspouts, windows, driveway, inside screened porch (including ceiling).

 + 1 morePatrick Clark of Precision Pro Wash responded promptly to a telephone call inquiring about his company's services. He visited that same day, and provided an overview of available services and a written estimate itemized by service. (Tip: allow Patrick to explain to you all the services he provides; his sales pitch is as low pressure as his washing technique!) We agreed upon the exterior home soft wash, interior and exterior gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and window soft wash. Patrick had an opening in his schedule for the next day, so we scheduled the services for then. The results of the cleaning were outstanding! The mold and algae streaks on our roof are gone. The gutters were previously packed with granules and other debris, and Precision Pro Wash was able to clear them out (and even bagged up the debris to not make a mess!). I'm particularly impressed by the exterior gutter whitening. We've tried and tried to clean those gutters with pressure washers and various chemicals, but nothing really worked. Now, they look like brand new gutters. The vinyl siding and the windows are now clean and shiny too. Patrick and his company did a great job on all services. We were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of Precision Pro Wash's services, and we will use them again for future cleanings.
