Left some sticks on roof, claiming rain would wash them off, Otherwise very good.

I wouldn't trust anyone who advertises by throwing trash on your property.

The guys came out on time. They were professional, polite and thorough. We were very happy with results however the windows needed extra work and the owner of this company called and came right out the next day and took care of it. Very pleased with this company. I called for an estimate and the company sent a crew over right away, the same day. They started washing before we could get our plants off the back deck, so those plants were damaged. They used a pool maintenance chemical called Shock, which has a very strong bleach component. It got stains off the white vinyl of the house well but on our back deck, which is brown Trex, it bleached some spots. I had asked the people on the phone NOT to wash the back deck since I thought it probably would bleach it out. I also had asked the person on the phone to wash our walkway and driveway, and they did not. A problem here was that I was at work scheduling the work on the phone and my husband was at home dealing with the crew. The crew asked him about the driveway. I had not spelled out everything discussed with the company with my husband, so he told the crew no. I was assuming that the person on the phone would communicate everything to the crew--big mistake. When I got home, I called the company after seeing that the driveway was not done--it had bleached out runs on it from where the water from pressure washing the house drained away and looks ugly. The crew leader first protested that it would be a lot of work, then said he would go back. He never came back.

Excellent!! Precision Pro Wash is the BEST! It looks like we have new vinyl on our home. We are so happy and wish we had hired them sooner. We will use them again. We highly recommend this company.

Some of the pavers needed additional sanding and they came back to address the issue. The work went very well. They are a highly professional and courteous team.

We were not home when the service was completed. The house is absolutely clean! Did a good job will recommend and plan on using their services in the future.

Chris did our estimate and was timely and very nice. Tyler and Sam did a great job today. They were both very courteous. They kept me informed of their progress. Our house has never looked so great. I will definitely contact this company again.

Sales rep arrived at our house on time and walked me through the services. He was able to describe what would happen and the how pleased I would be with the results. He was right. There were several options offered, and I chose from one of the packages that would take care of my most pressing issues, mainly the dirty exterior vinyl siding. I did not choose the concrete washing as it was above my budget. I had one deck cleaned as the other deck was being painted with the "Restore" deck paint by Olympic. (side note DO NOT PAINT YOUR DECK. I did it my self carefully following the directions, and it began to peel in less than a year.) The crew arrived and spent half a day spraying and cleaning both house, gutters and deck. I was astounded by the results. Best of all, it has stayed clean. Their work is almost too good! I might be able to go a couple years before needing them again. Excellent for vinyl sided houses.

They came on time, they were courteous, professional and did a good job. I have a warrenty. I will use them again. I gave their name out and neighbors used them also. They were very pleased also

Randy and Jeff arrived at the appointed time and started by cleaning out the dryer vent. It was done quickly and cleanly with a full explanation of how the system worked. The gutters were then cleaned and a portion of loose gutter was nailed securely to the house after Randy mentioned that it was quite loose. This team was very friendly, professional, and thorough. I would recommend this company and plan to use them in the future for window washing, as well.

Showed up a half hour late. Did a good job on cleaning walks and driveways. Had to come back since the did not properly clean out the downspouts which were clogged. The person who initially cleaned the gutters was not part of the usual crew.

The before and after versions of everything they cleaned were dramatic! For example, The black mould on the driveway and walkway are completely gone. The north side of the house is free of green/black mould and the gutters sparkle. The white paint streaks/dust on our foyer windows were removed. All windows looked much better. There was minor streaking. All wildlife (birds. squirrels, etc) continue to thrive. Our "chicks" that were on a north side shrub have matured and flown from the nest. A couple of small plants suffered minor damage due to trampling The sales person, Tim, who made the initial contact, stopped by during the work to see how things were progressing and to gage my comfort level. Nice touch. He was able to fit us in on the Wednesday before our big family day at the house that Saturday. All in all very pleased with the team and the work done. We anticipate calling them back in about 2.5 years as the treatment may last that long. Will keep you posted. The crew arrived right on time, did the job, and the roof, driveway and sidewalks look like new.

They were courteous and respected the house and they take precautions not to damage anything. They keep you informed of what they're doing. They showed up earlier than we expect them and I didn't like that so much because I didn't like to be awakened.

It was excellent! They were easy to work with and it was complete. I think there were 2 people that came out and they did everything I asked them to do.

Excellent results. Price was very reasonable.

Went very well. They warn you that windows may be streaked, and they were. Roof, house and gutters looked good. However they were unable to clean some of the garage doors. Not sure what was on the doors, but they did come back to try again.

No negative comments. Will use again. Gentle on landscaping and flowers., nice cleanup. Re washed a couple of spots that needed extra attention with not problem

I used the company to clean my roof and house as well as my cement and decks. In general the service was satisfactory, and the manager tried to ensure that I was happy with the end result. But the first trip, they arrived too late and without a tall ladder - rescheduled. Second trip, they did all work, but I was unsatisfied with the quality of the job. They did make two trips back to correct deficiencies and be sure I was happy. Be sure to understandwhat eachproposed service entails in detail.

All went well. Everything looked great, except for a few water spots on windows, which were there before treatment. They came back out & redid windows, but spots were still there. I think perhaps the spots are on the inside of the double panes.

The estimate was reasonable and the representative was professional, courteous and punctual. We simply decided to wait on the service due to some other financial obligations that arose.

Great service. They sent two techs out to my house at 8:30 and by 1:30 they had finished. They cleaned the algae off the roof. Cleaned the whole outside of the house, gutters and windows. Gutters and roof looked night and day difference. The whole house looks brand new. We did this to put our house on the market. Will use again in the future. Pictures don't do it justice
