They worked hard and long and it was a lot of work as we had plumbing and floor problems~ It went well and I would DEFINITELY recommend and use his service again!

I gave my dog a bath in an upstairs bathroom, and when I went downstairs afterward, found that I had a leak that was coming through the ceiling in my kitchen. I found All About Plumbing on Angie's list, and because of the good ratings, I called them. Mr. South was able to diagnose the problem over the phone based on what I told him about the type of hose sprayer I had been using that was attached to the shower arm. It was one of those kitchen sink sprayers, and Mr. South knew immediately that it was the cause of the problem. He came the next day and fixed the problem quickly. He explained to me that the type of sprayer I was using did not allow for enough water pressure, and that when pressure builds up in the pipes, it weakens any weak spots that are already there. He installed a new shower diverter and hose, and instructed me on what type of sprayer I needed to get. He explained everything very thoroughly, and even educated me on some plumbing issues that I haven't had a problem with yet. He was very informative, and I could tell he cares about the quality of his work and his customers. He even gave me the names of two people when I asked if he knew who could fix my ceiling damage. I was very impressed with Mr. South's service and professionalism.

He came right away when I called him. He works right along and explains everything. He cleans everything up after and really does great work. We discussed price first, then he did the work and he explains everything while he goes along. You can talk to him while he is working and he will answer your questions. He is comfortable to have in your home .

Overall, it went great. Very please with this company. Bryan even told me that the builder installed the wrong size gas lines and that I had some small cracks in my concrete. I would say an all-around man!

When we called Bryan South with our problems, he scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Came when he said he would, how great is that, He worked quickly, explained what he was doing and why. Also, recommended a contractor, who is on Angie's List for some more work that we want to have done in the bath that had the problem. He was reasonable in his charges, and we would call him again if needed.

Water running under my house constitutes an emergency. I called the plumber - left a voice mail and was called back within 30 minutes. He asked the nature of the problem, advised me he was at a job and could be there in 2 hours. Within 2 hours he arrived, saw the problem and went to work. Job was finished within 30 minutes in a very tight, very nasty place. Once finished, he pointed out the reasons for the failure, made suggestions to prevent a future failure, advised me what he had done in that vein, and answered questions about the septic tank and gave fantastic advice. His professionalism and congeniality made a scary situation for me a minor hiccup in my day, and the wallet is not stinging.

We would highly recommend him to anyone!

I called that morning and Brian was at the house by 1pm. Great same day sevice and he also give me a few tips too. If you ever need plumber, he is the one to call.

Mr. South arrived ahead of time, methodically checked my faucet, drove to four different plumbing supply places and replaced my faucet. He came the next day to replace some pipes under my house. He was professional, knowledgable and friendly.

Much cheaper to fix than last plumber that came out.

Brian was punctual and professional. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly and also educated me on how to use all the new appliances and fixtures. He even gave me some plumbing tips that will save me money in the future. I was very impressed with the finished result and his professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

I found Bryan on angie's list after being dissatisfied with the finishing that our plumbers were doing with our new construction house. He came out two hours after I initially contacted him, walked through, and started that same day. He actually fixed a thing or two that had been incorrectly/insufficently done by the other plumbing company and the price was right. He knows his stuff; I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs that we may have and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I hired Bryan from All About Plumbing after reading his stellar evaluations on Angie's List. His ratings seemed too good to be true, but guess what? They were spot on! Bryan came out just a few days after I called him. He finished my whole laundry list of repairs in a day and a half. He is very knowledgeable about his trade, and he doesn't mind sharing his wealth of knowledge. He only uses good materials - he's not the type of plumber who uses shoddy parts & workmanship such that he has to revisit the issue (and glean more $$ of you!) at a later date. His pricing is very reasonable. Bryan takes great pride in doing the job right - and he should! Nothing that he repaired is recurring after two weeks. I was a little hesitant about writing a great review for Bryan - I wanted to keep him as my little secret! But seriously, if you're looking to get a good, trustworthy, knowledgeable plumber, All About Plumbing is the right way to go!

Excellent experience! Will use Brian South again! He could not get the hex screw out of the handle unit. But did stop the leak and suggested I call Delta Faucet to see if they would send a replacement unit. I called the next day and Delta is sending a new handle unit, and rebuild kit at no cost to me - for an eight year old unit - at which time I will have Brian back out to replace it.

After using another local plumber to repair a leaking pipe and then having the underground feed line from the meter to the mobil home replaced I discovered they were less than truthful with what they said they had done so I went to Angieslist and found "All About Plumbing" and Mr. Bryan South. Mr South met with me and explained what was needed and gave me an estimate which he stuck by. He showed up early each day, worked hard, picked up after himself and required no money up front or before the job was complete. He used premium supplies and cut no corners except where it benifited me. He finished sooner than expected and worked alone except where I could help out. A professional company and I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. He seems like a great guy.

We are remodeling our bathroom and my husband tried to replace a pipe under the house to fit the new tub we put in. The pipe wouldnt stop leaking. So we called All About Plumbing. He came right out and it turned out the original plumbing was done incorrectly by the original contractors. He explained everything he was doing to my husband and even showed him some things to help in the future. Did a great job and will absolutly use him again when we remodel the master bathroom.

Bryan arrived very promptly and began with replacement of the outdoor leaking valve. He offered me a choice of valves and installed it very quickly. Next, he came into the bathroom and tried to clean and repair the flush valve unit. Unfortunately, our old galvanized pipes had left too much debris to make it worthwhile to continue using the unit. So, Bryan replaced the unit. I was very impressed that he first tried the cheaper repair of the unit. He showed me everything throughout the process and obviously enjoyed talking about all he was doing. Bryan was not only a plumber, but also a very friendly teacher who took a great deal of pride in his work.
