I talked to Brian for about 45 minutes, wrote down a page and a half of advice, products to use, products to stay away from, and other companies (different services). He was awesome, honest, and funny :)

The job went very well. He was able to get the pipe draining again. with further investigation, we found a pipe needed to be replaced so I went ahead and had that done as well. He was very knowledgeable and helped solve my issue.

.It was getting ready to close and he found it and fixed it expertly. I am a REALTOR and he is always the first plumber I call. He's professional and knowledgeable. I like how he explains the problem and why it needs fixed a certain way. He's very tidy and punctual. I give him an EXCELLENT A++ He has fixed dishwashers,toilets, and helped with septic problems also.

Bryan was told that a pest control person noticed a pipe had a small leak, while he was moving along the crawl space under the house. So Bryan crawled through the same space and realized that the pipe had become slightly disconnected from the shower drain. As always, he knew exactly how to fix it----not an easy chore. I then asked him about some moisture at the edge of the toilet (hoping the floor was not being damaged by it). He noticed that the toilet was no longer firmly fixed to the floor, removed it, replaced the old wax. centered the toilet better and cleaned everything up. And, as always,Bryan explained things as he went along. His knowledge and professionalism are top notch, as is his pride in his work. We are very fortunate to have such an honest expert to help us out.

He was a very special man that really did above and beyond. He attached the pipe from the house to the septic tank and repaired pipes and leaks under the house. I really appreciate his helpfulness. He contacted Mr. Sellers and had the tank pumped out. He has talked to Mr. Sellers for us about field lines. He went above and beyond He was a real blessing to us.

Bryan responded to a note left on Angies list , made an appointment, showed up as scheduled, made the repair, charged a reasonable amount, did not drag mud into the house from our very muddy yard, was pleasant to talk with and will be giving us an estimate on other elective plumbing jobs we have been considering.

He did a good bit of work at my place and I was pleased. I even referred his services to my girlfriend to work on her plumbing. He was on time and did the job as agreed. He even cleaned up after himself.

This guy is so responsive. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with.

Bryan repaired a leaking faucet. It had a bad stem. He also did some piping insulation in the attic. You can not go wrong with Bryan. he is the best!

The plumbing done last year and it was All About Plumbing. They did a good job. They were there on time. They were courteous. They explained what they were doing. When they completed they made sure that all the stuff was cleaned up and left the premises in real good shape. We went with them because they were a part of Angie's List.

They were excellent! He came out on a holiday and spent the day working.

I noticed early afternoon that my water heater was running out under my home. I had no hot water. I called Bryan South of "All About Plumbing" and left a message for him to call. It was no time at all when he called me back and I explained the problem. He was on another job but came as soon as he got done with them. He set about fixing my problem so I could have hot water. It only took maybe 1 1/2 hours. He explained everything to me, what he was doing, and that I would need a new one soon.

He agreed to do the job. He came to my house as promised. He fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess and explained the problem. Bryan explained I would need a new water heater but he was able to fix the problem until a new water heater could be ordered and installed. I had a leaking faucet and he agreed to look at it while he was present. The faucet is 30+ years old and Bryan said it was worn out and could not be repaired. He agreed to get a new faucet and install it. We also discussed the other faucets and decided since they are also 30+ years old, they should be replaced. Bryan is ordering these faucets for me and will install once he receives them. I also informed Bryan I was looking for someone competent to do some home repairs. He immediately phoned T (T's Construction) and asked that T contact me to discuss repairs needed. I appreciate his recommendation very much because T contacted me the next day and by 11/26/14 T has completed many of the repairs and we are on schedule for the others to be completed in a timely manner. Not only is Bryan South a great plumber but he also contacted someone he knew would do a great job regarding other things I needed done. I cannot express how much I appreciate him and I recommend him without any reservations!

Left Mr. South an e-mail stating what we needed done, and he promptly returned with a call to us. He was out here when he said he would be here, got the job doing quickly. The new Moen faucet is working just fine, no drips or leaks. We are satisfied.

Called after hours and left a message, he called me back the next morning and was at my house within a hour. He located where the water break was and dug up the line and replaced a coupling that had broke. Mr. South was very professional and polite, did the work and repaired the water line in a little over a hour. I would definitely recommend him and would call again if I need a plumber.

l have kissed a lot of frogs , but finally found my prince charming of the plumbing world. His name is Bryan South of All about Plumbing ! Excellent workmanship ! He and his associate, John, showed up on time, worked tirelessly and long ( 10-12 hour) days to get a very difficult and labor intensive job done..even worked in the rain ! Also dug under a porch with a brick base and a brick wall to reach the city side of property. Shrubs and part of a side walk had to be removed by my landscape people and they were impressed too and got his card. Bryan is very responsive, informative, courteous and , coming from up north, much better trained than anyone l have met in this area. I have already had him back to fix a leaking faucet and sighed him up for a 3rd job.The cleanup of everything was to my satisfaction. I did have to wait for him to start the job, as he is well-booked, but so glad l did !!

This leak was discovered on Friday evening. It looked like it was going to be the city's responsibility (based on the location of the leak). After 3 calls to the city that night and another call to the city on Saturday morning, the city people finally showed up at 10am, only to say they had to go get a work truck. They returned at 1130am and dug up the yard and the actual break in the pipe was in my part of the pipe and I would have to call a plumber. They were able to turn off the water for me. I called a plumber and he stated that he was unable to do anything on Saturday, but would call me at noon on Sunday. I waited until after 1pm and called this plumber again and left a message. I got back on Angie's list and called All About Plumbing and Bryan said he would be out within the hour. He arrived in less than an hour and was so nice. He immediately got to work (on a very hot day and Labor Day weekend, no less!) and the entire job was completed in about an hour. He also explained everything he did as he went along, which I really appreciated. I plan to call All About Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service.

Cannot say enough good things about this service provider. Had a water leak that had flooded my yard. They returned my call within 30 minutes, scheduled a time to come out a few hours later and were on time. The price was fair and service was exceptional. I am rarely impressed, but this time I was. Very professional, friendly, and courteous.

We have used them for several years and have been satisfied. This time we had a problem just a couple of days before Christmas. I left word on his cell phone and he called back within hours. I knew he would probably be gone for the holidays, but he told me that he would be back on such and such date and would call me then. He did and came to fix the problem immediately. He delivers but kept me informed. I value his services. He does a good job at a reasonable price.
