I just love this guy! Bryan is All About Plumbing. He is not only an expert in plumbing, but he also installed my gas lines as well! He has a great personality and is always upbeat. He knows his work and comes from an area previously that required extensive education to become a plumber. He is a teacher. He wants you to know what he is doing. He will tell you the how's, and whys of things and will tell you what NOT to do too to save you and him headaches. During the process of working with Bryan, I learned so much! It is incredibly hard work to put in whole house plumbing. He involved me in choices when needed and explained the options. He also is very big on access points for repair as he wants to streamline access especially in new construction.. His knowledge goes way beyond plumbing and this cross training has helped other contractors who came into my new construction with their own dilemma's. Brian worked hard, and was easy to reach. When he became busy on other jobs, sometimes I needed to call him. He always got back to me.. I had to get on him because he was even working with an injury and I wanted him to stop for his sake.. He really was a pleasure to work with and we have a good working relationship. If something was not correct, he always made it right, and quickly. He installed tubs, showers, sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, pot filler, toilets and dishwasher. He installed all the lines, and whole house plumbing. He installed gas lines, fireplace, gas range, and all gas fixtures. This made my life easier.. I paid Brian in installments for phases of completion on both plumbing and gas lines.. I would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Bryan!

This company was great to work with. The repairs necessary were quite challenging. They required removal of about 20 feet of concrete of the driveway to get to the leaking pipes. They were able to bring in the appropriate equipment and assistance to get the concrete cut out and the repairs made in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good shape.

Bryan was prompt about returning my call, within 20 minutes of my message. I lucked out and they were in my area of town the same day I called. Bryan and his assistant, Michaelie, were able to show up in 10 minutes after the call. Bryan quickly diagnosed the problem. They left to purchase the new disposal, while I went to run an errand. They were back shortly after I returned (approximately 1.5 hours) and went right to work. Within an hour the old disposal was out and the new one in. Friendly, knowledge, won't-gouge-you plumbers. Would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing needs.

Bryan South was on time, did the workfaster than i thought possible. Explained his everymove. it was a real learning experience! We are new to Angie's List and this first experience more than paid for low fee to belong. I just wish I had joined earlier and I would have saved myself money and aggravation with poor service providers. I would reccommend All About Plumbing LLC and it woner to anyone.

Bryan is great to work with, on time, does good work, knowledgeable about several areas in addition to plumbing. While working on our water heater, noticed it was still in warrantee, and got parts at no charge. Highly recommend him.

I can't say enough complimentary about Bryan South. I have used many plumbers in Florence, and he is the best i have seen. He is well trained, professional and his prices are fair and consistent.

Did a wonderful job!!! Installed all the plumbing and design for our master bath which included a large shower with body sprays, and rain shower head. Incredibly knowledgeable regarding his profession.

I recommend him. I live in a 1952 house so it's not very good training so he was able to handle the really old ceramic wall, he did a neat job, I was impressed with his attention to detail. I think that bill by the time it ended was a little over a thousand dollars and he sometimes has coupons for percentage off and I was able to use that and save about $50. I like his personality and his skill, he's very easy to talk to and I learned a lot about plumbing. He came out almost immediately, he does answer his cellphone promptly, that's always nice and he had to do part of the repair and wait for the ground and the area around that leak to dry out so it was 2 weeks before he came back but he told me. What I liked is that he told me every time he was going to leave the house and to go run and get a part, he just kept you informed and I like him very much.

He is top-notch. He gives you a time, and he will be there. He comes and takes care of the problem. He is very professional and very reasonably priced. He is really good. I never have any problems anymore since he fixed the leak in my shower faucet.

His prices can not be beat and his work is far superior then anyone's work i have ever seen. I will only use Brian for any plumbing problems I have. I have referred him to several people and they can't stop raving about his work. Brian even called the city and dealt with a problem on their end. I can't tell you enough how wonderful his work is. I have used him several times since the big redo for smaller jobs and we also use him at our business. Very prompt always and prices are beyond fair!

The whole thing went well. He called and confirmed a good time to come by. I will use Mr. South plumbing service for my next plumbing issue.

Bryan South was a treasure to find. He came to Our house the same day that we called and got right to work. He was very efficient and his rates were fair. I really trust his expertise and have already recommended him to others. We already have Plans to call him as we make updates on our new home. All About Plumbing and Bryan South will be our go-to plumbers for sure! He was even the one who recommended Angie's List!

Called Bryan - got same day response to replace water heater. Top notch work and very fair price. Could not be more pleased.

Mr. Smith explained that the faucet would eventually have to be replaced and he explained it would be a rather extensive endeavor. He gave suggestions regarding what would need to be done (re: removing wall to access the faucet and his suggestions for doing so). He explained that much would depend upon placement of studs in the wall, etc. We were thoroughly pleased by the work he performed.

I called Mr. South in the afternoon to come look at the leak and within two hours not only had he been out to look at it, but it was repaired. I found Mr. South fair and honest and an overall nice gentleman. While I hope not to need plumbing in the future, I will absolutely use this company whenever necessary. Thanks, sir!

I may not have hired him today, but based on our conversation and his honesty (he didn't try to "sell" unnecessary services) you can be sure the next time I need a plumber I will call All About Plumbing.

I used them because I have used them before. They are very good plumbers. They respond promptly and are affordable. They take pride in their work.

The price was a little high but I guess you have to pay a little more to get a good service. If something goes wrong he comes back and makes sure he fixes it.

They were very punctual, dug up some parts of my yard and they cleaned up really fast. I didn't have to worry about anything. They installed a drainage system in my yard, and made it so I could plant anything I wanted. I was very happy with the finished product and my yard looks great

I appreciated the fact that Brayn has great knowledge with his profession; he not only fixed our issue but updated the part/materials so that the problem would not keep reoccuring. We are new to the SC area and are very fortunate to have come accross such a competent plumber. We will most defintely be using Bryan for any future needs!
