Estimated work has not been completed since we are in the middle of selling our other house. 4Star has been doing the six month maintenance for 10 years and we are very satisfied with them.

Description of Work: it was 3;30 pm on Friday afternoon i had a 3 compartment sink that needed a drain line hooked up and a water supply line hooked up that was it ? that was all I wanted done, he told me that he had to replace the sink drains that were solid stainless steel, because they were rested out . I assured him that the sink drains were not rusted, but he would not do the job unless he could replace the stainless drains also, so I told him to give me his best price he told me it would be hard to get another company over at that time of day and since he was about to go home and he could not come back that the price would be $1486.00 I told him he was a thief without a gun and to get out of my store. It was my luck 30 minutes later that a plumber came in to my restaurant to eat and did the whole job in 1 hour and 15 minutes and charge me overtime charge of $150.00 dollars. I think this company start out good and then started letting the techs. charge any amount over a flat company rate and they got to keep the excess but beware this company has no ethics, they will charge you 1500.00 for a 150 dollar job

Description of Work: I have an open Geo Thermal system that had a clogged exhaust water line. They came and told me what was wrong but needed to use a camera to see where it was clogged. They said that the price would be $269 but if I used them to fix it, the charged would be absorbed by the cost of the fix. They came back with the camera and found the clog. They said that they would get back with the fix. They never came back. I called 3 times, left messages, but they never called back. I was in need so I called another company and had the line cleaned out. In defense of J&J, they removed the cost of the camera from my bill and apoligized.

Description of Work: Called to have inspect a system that was not functioning well, and they am out, found the problem the next day. Gave me a good overview of options and did not pressure for which way to go. Performed the service I choose and did a through good job.

Description of Work: we had them come out because water was coming out a pipe in the house and we had no idea where it was coming from. It turned out to be the water heater that had a damagedover load valve. They ended up replacing water heater. It was 5 years old and if we replaced part they were not sure how much longer it would last. We were pleased with his work.
