They are great.

Description of Work: My experience with Conway AC was excellent however the "$35 for a 20 Point AC Tune Up" Angie's List special offer was very deceiving. The $35 was really just for an initial inspection - it did NOT include the actual tune-up (you had to read the details of this promotion very carefully to catch this). I mentioned this to the technician who came out and he apologized profusely and actually mentioned that Conway AC has asked Angie's List to change the name of the offer for this very reason - apparently this type of confusion has happened A LOT. The misleading nature of the Angie's List offer aside, I was otherwise VERY happy with the services received. After receiving my $35 "inspection" - the technician called their office; they got in touch with me that same day I was able to make a 2nd appointment for the actual tune-up (for an additional $110 1st-time customer cost but with the bonus that if I continue to use them in the future the cost will only be about $65 p/year). They were very professional and polite and did a VERY thorough job. I bought my home 2 years ago and it has a 30-year AC/HVAC unit that is on the verge of death. Regardless, they still took the extra time to clean and tune-up the unit as best they could and did a visibly better job than anyone has ever done in the past (including a better/more thorough cleaning that One Hour Air did for me last year). Despite the misleading Angie's List special, I was happy enough with the services I received to go ahead and sign an annual service contract with them for my future annual tune-up needs.

Description of Work: Service person did a thorough check on both Air and Furnace. He educated me on any possible issues and made some suggestions for improvement. We have a 2 zone set up with a single unit. The service person suggested a bypass so that when only one zone is calling for cooling or heating, the force of air is bypassed back into the system. There are several opinions on this and I will weigh the options. I will definitely use this vendor again.

When installation date came, they arrived on time with call to let me know they were coming and 6 hours later my new system was installed and running. Entire crew was very professional and polite. They avoided making any messes to the extent possible and cleaned up the messes they did make.Returned the next day after system had run for 24 hours to make sure everything was ok. I feel very comfortable that if we have any problems, they will take excellent care of us.
Description of Work: Requested estimates from 8 different companies for replacement air handler and outdoor compressor and condensor. Conway AC was not absolute lowest, but was very close to lowest and they had the product that my research led me to want installed. (Ultra high efficiency cooling and heating)

The service techs were very professional - called ahead to let me know that they were on their way. Work was completed in a timely fashion and everything was explained that was done. My heat pump is almost 10 years old so I decided to sign up for a Service Agreement - just in case. Price for work done, I felt, was fair. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
