We have always enjoyed excellent service from the techs @ Conway & this recent service experience was no exception. During a preventive maintenance call, our tech, Ryan Griffin, discovered an issue. Lloyd was straight forward on pricing and work that needed to be done. The old unit was over 40 years, so we had the ductwork completely replaced along with the new unit. They are great! Our heat pump quit working, I had another company out who couldn't find anything wrong with it but told me I was low on Freon, had a leak somewhere, most likely needed a new unit etc. They also wanted another 350$ in addition to the 99$ paid to them for coming out. The 350$ would be to search for a leak (not repair, and not look for other problems). That was more money than I was willing to spend, so I asked around and decided to call Conway Air. They got back to me right away to schedule. They were on time and my heat was back on in a matter of minutes. It turned out that there was a melted high voltage wire from a loose connection and that was why the heat pump quit. They said my Freon level was fine and there was no reason to suspect a leak. They charged me around $150 for everything. It is also important to note that prior to the unit quitting, we had smelled a burning plastic smell in the house. The first company said that this was just the emergency heat panel kicking in. Obviously, it was the melted wire! Thank you Conway Air, we will call next time we need service!

It went well. On the day of installation they arrived on time and completed the work in 4.5 hours. They left the work site clean. Compared to ARS $2000.00 cheaper for identical equipment.

All-in-all I was very happy with the service I received. He was about 15min late (I was told that someone would be out here at 8am when I made the appointment) however he did call around 8:10am to confirm that he would be here in about 5 min. Other than that things went very well. He gave me some suggestions on how I might be able to get a new system (it's 30+ years old but I have a home warranty so I'm stuck waiting on it to break and for my home warranty to confirm that it's "broken beyond repair" to replace it), he was very friendly and professional, the office sent me my e-receipt within 2 hours, etc. I've used this company in the past and am planning to continue using them in the future.

They did a fantastic job! They came out the same day I called them, and were able to get everything taken care of quickly. They've become my go-to guys for any heating or A/C issues. I can't say enough good things about them.

Conway installed this system in our new house about 2 years ago and the work has always been top notch. This was an annual inspection of 2 heat pumps and 2 gas furnaces. The technician was thorough, spending about an hour on the system.

The men they sent out to do the job were great on time, they out a cloth down before they started working and had the job done so fast we were surprise. They cleaned up after and you wouldn't even know they were here except for the new unit. They are great.

Air was not working – called Sunday night – Conway Air was there Monday morning the acess installation – new unit was installed Wednesday morning.

Ryan did the estimate answered all my questions and was very courteous received the estimate and was pleased how detailed it was. Executed to contract, they came and did a great job with the install. All the installers were knowledgeable and left the job site extremely clean. Very pleased with the company.

Andrew advised that a new thermostat would help me keep my house tep. more even, hrlping me control humidity, which has been a problem. With the Nest thrrmostat, he showed how I can have greater control over my system, even when I'm away frpm home. I even check the humidity. This will save me money and worry. I'm happy with the ease of use of the Nest, and the appearance. Andrew was very helpful in introducing me to the product.

The arrived promptly ON-TIME and began to explain what exactly they were going to be doing. There were (3) servicemen and they all separately introduced themselves. The started working and were totally finished in less that 3 hours. They explained how the machine worked and also explain the outside unit and the power cut-off box switch. They left the premises clean and clutter free. I would MOST certainly use them in the future if needed. VERY NICE JOB!

On time, hard working, courteous, cleaned up.

This is not a tune up of your system. It is only a visual inspection. I could do this inspection. The technician was friendly but did not do any type of maintenance of my system. He told me that it would cost much more if they came out to do maintenance of the system.

Our AC quit right in the middle of the hottest part of the summer. After having a couple of contractors here and spending in excess of $800 we still didn't have any cool air -- apparently the contractor was a fly-by-night person who didn't have a listing on Angie's List but did come with good recommendation from a neighbor. After 10 days with no AC, I decided to look on Angie's List and found Conway Air Conditioning who had great ratings. After making a call to them, they came and diagnosed the problem as an expansion valve and also problems with a door on the back of the air make-up unit that had been left off by the previous contractor. The old system was repaired and quickly back in service. Although it was repaired, they did mention that the whole system was old and really should be replaced. I was so impressed with the quick response and professionalism of all the people that I had dealt with at Conway Air that I decided to get a quote on the replacement of the HVAC unit. In addition to the original unit I also asked for a quote on a system for our recently added sunroom. Again, with their professional approach, honesty and great impressions on me, I had them install both systems for me. They will be my only HVAC contractors in the future.

They were on time, neat, courteous and the job was completed as promised. We can't say enough about how happy we are with their work
