Fine. They actually have been our HVAC service provider since December of 2013. We redid all of our systems in our house (3) and 1 in our garage/guest house as well as a small unit for a bathroom. They redid a lot of ductwork, added a cold air return and so much more. The work totaled around $40,000. We had to redo our 2nd floor ductwork and unit as well as the small bath due to mold. We had to do a lot of tweaking and changing and they were up for the challenge. Ryan Brown is so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with and truly cares about his customers. We would highly recommend him and his company.

I have the spring and fall maintenance agreement. He came and inspected and cleaned the unit. The technician was on time for the cleaning, but the business was late in scheduling the spring service, which should have been done around April.

We purchased a foreclosed house and we did not have an opportunity to have a home inspection. The technician came on time, was neat, clean and professional, wore booties over his shoes when he came into the house, and took his time checking over the HVAC system. He got the heat pump up and running and did all of the testing. He cleaned the air handler pan in the attic and drains, and did a maintenance service. He also installed a shutoff switch in the event the attic unit leaks and replaced another part. Both units are functioning under AC and they will come back in the fall to evaluate the heating system. Since the units are quite old, we will probably have system replaced in the next year or so and will definitely have Conway do the job! The price of $285 included the inspection, maintenance service, installation of the shutoff switch, replacement of a part and a yearly service contract.

Service man was experienced and very knowledgeable. There was a follow up by a manager to check the property before submitting a price. The office and staff were responsive, professional and polite. Thoroughly explaining the repairs and service. I had used them about two to three weeks earlier at my office in Myrtle Beach and they were great. Different service person, but excellent service. They were excellent. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable and promptly returned my calls. They made it possible to purchase the heat pump we wanted. They also corrected issues with the duct work that had been problematic. They worked with me to get my rebate and loan through Santee Cooper and handled all the paperwork. I also was able to get another rebate through Carrier as the unit is energy saving. The company was very easy to work with.

He was very nice. Spoke in detail to me. I felt he did a good job until another problem arose and my son knew someone in the same havac business and suggested we call him. We did. He came out and was floored that the guy from Conway Airconditioning did a very poor job. Showed us where we could have encountered severe problems. Things guy from Conway Air should have told us. Was not happy with the job Conway Airconditioning did after other guy came and helped us.

Ryan and team were very professional. Ryan took the time to understand the concerns I had regarding airflow in the house and made recommendations to improve the cold spots in the house. The installation team was very professional, arrived on time, protected the hardwood floors and insured the space was left neat and clean after the installation They took the time to demonstrate the various features of my new thermostat unit. Diagnostic service call which they found the capacitor was no longer working. Part was replaced, checked refrigerant levels, checked coils, went up in the attic and performed additional diagnostics on the blower. Service team was professional, efficient, and thorough - even in 100+ degree temperature outdoors. The response time was fantastic - called for service at 9:30 am and a service team was at the house by 11:30 - less than 2 hours. HIGHLY recommend!

Everyone at Conway Air Conditioning had the knowledge and experience to diagnose and resolve the issues we had. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work on time. The house was cleaner then when they arrived after they finished. Great job well done , Great people to work with.

I really was pleased with them. They were very professional and informative. They completed installing the equipment and left everything nice and clean. I really liked them. They answered my questions and they were patient with me. He didn't mind my questions; he answered everything I needed to know.

Very hot weather. Technician arrived day of call and replaced a bad circuit breaker.

Ryan was called and asked to do a home evaluation. He arrived on time and observed conditions that affected our system that were later confirmed by other bidders. His quote was a few hundred dollars more than the winning bid, but we almost gave him the job anyway because of his professional approach and knowledge The decision came down to the equipment that Ryan suggested for our unit and the cost of extras like an additional return and a larger air handler.
