My carpet and upholstered furniture was cleaned right before Christmas and they did a fabulous job. Unfortunately, after the holidays we had out of town company and my great nephew became ill and vomited on the guest bedroom carpet:(! So I called Whitehall Carpet Cleaners and they came out that week. I knew not to try and clean the carpet with over the counter carpet cleaning products so I used hydrogen peroxide and club soda which turned the carpet purple!!! When they told me how much it was going to cost to spot clean I was sort of shocked, two employees came out to spot clean?? I thought that was a little over the top, but because they have to charge $85 they cleaned the bedroom carpet again and believe it or not the purple came out! YEAH! A little pricey but SO worth every penny. My carpet is 17 years old and after they were finished cleaning it you would have never know what age it was!!!

They are very good although a little expensive. Last time I used them I was a little surprised about how much their price had gone up after they expanded. They move things around so they can clean under them, they are thorough, and they don't rush. They just do a very good job and they are very neat. I'll probably shop around before I use them again.

They did a really good job. I'm waiting on the carpets to dry. What I liked about them. its two young men that are very professional and courteous. They were on time and fast. They had a system, they have been working together for along time. I have had some companys that the workers have made me feel uneasy. These young men were great! I felt very at ease with them. If everything comes back ok I'm going call them back.

Have used many carpet cleaners in past but have found the one I will always use again. Did not just clean around obstacles but moved the items that were too large for me to have moved in advance because of its size or weight. Unlike prior contractors the edge of the carpets and walls were thoroughly cleaned. Carpet looks as new as the day I bought it. Went out of their way to assure that I was fully satisfied with the work performed. Price beat the estimates of others. Have paid slightly less in the past but the results were no where as good as this cleaner's. Highly recommend them to others. The only and quot;don'tand quot; I have to offer is: DON'T use anyone else.

The workmen arrived on time as scheduled. They did really good quality work, and were supposed to do two chairs, but after working on one of the chairs for a considerable amount of time, they said they could not do the quality job that they represent in their business, so asked if I wanted them to try to finish it. They recommended that I not do that, and I agreed, so they did not finish that piece and decreased the price accordingly. I had one place where the carpet had a bad stain and they worked on it for some time, using chemical stain treatment and got it out. The carpet looks great. I will use them again.

The two guys that came were very professional and neat. They worked hard and were polite.

They were great. They did a wonderful job. We had a bunch of stains, and they went above and beyond to get those stains out.

The representative I spoke with for the estimate and setting up the appointment was very friendly and professional. The service technicians were early for arriving to the house and did a thorough job. They were knowledgeable and had good advice. Their fee was what they gave as an estimate. I would certainly use Whitehall Cleaning again.

They arrived fairly closed to the agreed on time, introduced themselves, and asked questions while I described what I wanted done. They were courteous and answered questions I had. I had a few fairly soiled areas of unknown origin and they explained that because I had used a product on them that the spots might show dirt more readily in the future until subsequent cleanings were able to remove all the product. They explained the correct mixture to use in the future when I have soiled areas. They were efficient and I was charged the lower price range quoted over the phone.

They sent out two guys on the job. One was as nice and courteous and professional as he could be. The other one didn't even acknowledge me. He is the one who operated the equipment. He did an ok job in the den and living room. After they left and I was in the bedrooms I found that he had done a sloppier job. I won't use them again.

I called Whitehall the week before and they gave me a quick estimate over the phone once I described what I needed done. The coordinator on the line was very helpful and nice. It was pouring rain the day they came but that made no difference. My major areas of concern were a bunch of dark pet stains throughout my home that I thought could never be removed. They used a special liquid chemical on those areas and let it soak for a few minutes. Then they simply applied a powerful suction hose to the floor and all of the stains disappeared! Even the ones that had been in the carpet for over a year! This was my first experience with carpet cleaning and my floors look new again. I would definitely hire Whitehall again for this service. The two young gentlemen were professional and answered all of my questions. They even scotch-guarded a section of my hall for no charge. The major cost of this job was the special pet stain liquid formula but it was worth every penny. It beat buying new carpet!! Thanks Whitehall!

Went great. They were fast and very professional. I even overlooked the Gamecock on the side of their van :) Unlike other carpet cleaning companies who try to sell you everything they can, Whitehall cleaned my carpet! - which is all I wanted. Great job!

I have continued to use them, so I am happy with them. They are very professional, and they do a good job.

They do a great job and come when they say they are going to come. They did a very thorough job. They are wonderful. If you have a problem with the work they do, they'll come back out and fix it for you. The approximate cost listed was for 3 bedrooms and 2 sets of stairs.
