We weren't very satisfied with them. They wouldn't move furniture or anything, they just cleaned. Normally, when they cleaned the carpet, they would move the furniture too.

The service technicians arrived on time and went right to work. They were friendly and courteous. They asked me if I was satisfied with what they had done...the basement floor was wet I could only see a portion of the floor from the stairs. Several hrs. later I checked and found areas that were not waxed...no big deal, I would call and ask the technicians to return and rectify the missed areas. Today is May 6th, 2015 and after emails and several calls to the office nothing has been done....the gal in the office even assured me that the owner would give me a call back. I even asked that they bring me some of the wax they used so I could finish the job myself...no response. My recommendation is to find a company that stands by there work and is focused on giving the customer what they paid for.

They were reasonable priced. They were on time and they were thorough. The furniture was slightly dump but like they said it did dry within 2 hours and I liked that they took the carpets away to clean and dry and then bring back. I would recommend them. The cleaned and they did cat urine treatment and the same time and it worked so I was pleased. They were fast and efficient.

Whitehall Carpet Cleaners provide excellent carpet care and cleaning services. They are punctual and timely in addition to being able to schedule services with ease. They always do a great job and leave no mess. I am very satisfied with the cleaning job and they also clean furniture as well! I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

Best carpet cleaners I have used to date. A little more expensive than their competitors but they did a very thorough job including lifting and cleaning under furniture.

Whitehall Carpets did an excellent and thorough job on each item. I was very pleased when they called to see if they could come early.

Two gentlemen arrived with a truck and attached hose. The carpet was soaked with the cleaning solution and I had to ask for theadditional services. They were not happy about the additional services I requested and they did a half a** job. They were in and out cleaningb the rug and it wasn't long before it was dirtier than before.

They are very nice and do a great job. They are quick to come out when you call them and I will continue to use their service.

The cleaners (two young men) were professional and friendly. They were careful with my furniture and gave me tips on how to keep my carpet looking good. The service went much more quickly than I thought it would. I'll definitely use this company again.

Arrived early actually. Very polite and professional. Explained what we wanted done. They explained to us some of the things we were doing wrong concerning the removal of carpet stains and how to do them correctly. Did the carpet cleaning in a timely fashion and then left.

Chris called to see if he could come earlier than the appt. Which was great. Glad he called first. He was professional and polite, even when asking if this was the worst carpet he had ever seen! He went straight to work. The carpet looks great with a lot of the tough stains gone. It looks like it my carpet has a second life.

They showed up right on time and began the work promptly. The workers were professional and courteous. They must have changed their practice re: wastewater because now the water cycles from the truck to the carpets and back to a waste tank in the truck. The quality of their work was good overall, though I was disappointed because in one bedroom they just cleaned a foot or two under the bed. I had been under the impression from my conversation with the home office, that they would be moving the beds out of the way, cleaning them and then moving them back into place. When I questioned them they lifted the bed and did a better job - but still not wht I expected. They offered to do the couches and chairs and did a good job, though no one had mentioned this option on the phone. Overall we were satisfied.

Whitehall did a great job. They were easy to schedule and, when they arrived at my house, they finished both rooms in less than an hour. My carpet had some really bad hairball stains and it had cat urine from a disabled cat that we have. Now my rooms smell fresh and the carpet looks like new.

The neighbors two houses up from mine had Whitehall Carpet Cleaners (WCC) come to their house on several occasions after they have moved out of the house and had the house for sale. I noticed that WCC drained all of their used carpet cleaning water and associated chemicals down the street toward my house. Once that mixture of dirty water and chemicals hit my driveway, it flowed down my driveway and killed any of my grass alongside the driveway that it touched. I went into the house and complained to the technician doing the cleaning, but he just shrugged it off saying, and quot;Oh, our chemicals won't kill grass.and quot; He would not come look at the damage done the previous week from their carpet cleaning waste water. I took a few pictures of the situation, but I don't see any place to post them here. The pictures show their truck sending the waste water down the street, and it flowing into my driveway and grass. The pictures also show where it had killed the grass from the same thing the week before. This was late fall of 2011. By the spring of 2012, however, I was glad to see that the grass seemed to recover w/o any specific damage. I just feel like they should be more careful where they dispose of their used water/soap/chemicals--or whatever that mixture is. They may be getting the carpet nice and clean, but don't let them get the chemicals on your lawn. I would give them an overall and quot;Cand quot; rating since the killing of the lawn appears not to have been permanent. Also, I did not call the company and complain. I only complained to the technician on site, hoping he'd pass the information along to the company.

I called on a Friday to get a quote. After receiving an estimate of $150. I scheduled for them to come out the following Monday. She asked if I could remove the light items from the rooms and they could do the heavy items for an additional cost depending on the size. I scheduled them for 10 am. I removed all the items from the carpeted areas except for the beds, dressers, desks, and nightstands. Kale arrived around 9:30am. I walked him around and explained the areas I was concerned with and wanted cleaned. He was very friendly and professional. He thanked me for getting everything out of the way. He was able to place blocks under the night stands and desks after he cleaned the carpet. He was so grateful for my assistance in clearing the rooms of the items he shampooed the area rug for free. He was able to clean the areas in around 2 hours. It took the carpet around 4 hours to dry except for a few areas he had to deep clean and a few areas that didn't get as much ventilation. I was very pleased with the cleaning service and Kale. Final cost was $125.00. Will use them again.

I called Whitehall on a Friday to schedule a service call for the next week. Though this was incredibly short notice, and we had limited availability due to a family holiday starting at the end of the week, Whitehall was able to accommodate me with a Wednesday service call. The service team arrived promptly, were both polite and professional. I had prepared the rooms in advance, as requested and was able to continue working from home with minimal interruption as they cleaned the carpet. The entire service lasted approximately 90minutes. In general the carpet was in good shape, but the service team found two dark spots that we were unaware of and were able to successfully spot treat them. Upon completing the job they filled out the 3M service paperwork with no issues, and arranged for the office to contact me for credit card payment. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely use them in the future.

We were closing on a house and needed the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Our time frame was very limited and had to be coordinated with the realtor. Late Friday night we found out we could have access to the house on Monday. So, I e-mailed WhiteHall Carpet Cleaning to give them advanced notice of our dilema, hoping that they'd see our request for service first thing Monday morning. Monday, 3/19 I called and Dorothy knew me right away. She said we could get our carpets cleaned that very afternoon! Tony H. and Mack showed up right on time. They introduced themselves w/a firm handshake (never do business w/someone who has a flimsy handshake!) and reviewed the services that I'd requested. I forgot the house had TWO sets of staircases (front entry and back entry), so naturally my quote was a little higher than the phone estimate. BUT Tony worked with that addition and was able to bundle the bedroom closets into (1) service - instead of the (4) that Dorothy quoted me - which allowed me to add the ScotchGuard Protection for less than I was expecting. They did a great job. They stain-treated my WHITE, BERBER carpets before cleaning them, and were professional to me and my young daughters too. Plus, Tony H. has a long work history w/WhiteHall Carpets. I'm getting my carpets cleaned again in around 8 months and will definitely be requesting him and his crew. However, this time I will be adding a deoderizer to the carpet cleaning package.

They do really good. We had a dog that was using a room as the latrine. They had to keep treating over and over again and didn't charge us anymore. The men that came out were very professional and hard working.

He does an excellent job. I would highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable. He always makes a nice presentation and comes on time. They go right to work and works efficiently. He has taken very rough looking carpet and made it look beautiful.
