Description of Work: Replaced broken pipes in wall. Cleaned up mess. Awesome. They fixed it in 25 minutes. I had a washer being delivered and the hose was stuck on the supply line. I forcefully tried to remove it. Not good. After a suspicious snap the wall was getting wet. They cut out the drywall saving it so it easily was replaceable with joint tape and compound. They fixed the problem and the wall was easily repairable to look like nothing ever happened.

Superior Plumbing and Gas delivered first-rate service from beginning to end. I was interested in switching to a tankless water heater. The owner answered all my questions about SCEand G, SC, and federal incentive programs for going tankless, and he even took care of some of the paperwork for me! The technicians showed up the next day as promised, and the whole job was done before I got home from work.
Description of Work: I had my old water heater replaced with a new tankless Rinnai.

Description of Work: Small bathroom remodel. Did not return calls to explain pricing or what was done. Next time would get exact pricing for each service performed with an explanation of why things were done and justification for the cost.

Response from Superior Plumbing & Gas
This job was done through a builder. All prices were given to the builder, & all work was authorized by the builder before any plumbing work was done. After receiving calls from the homeowner asking about prices, the builder was notified. He did not want us to deal directly with the homeowner & told us that he would talk to the homeowner about any concerns they might have. It is standard in the construction industry for the builder to handle all communications with the homeowner, especially when it has to do with pricing. Unfortunately in this case, our hesitation to discuss pricing directly with the homeowner had a negative effect. However, out of respect to all builders who we work with, we would not handle a job like this any differently, except for making sure the homeowner understood our position if & when they call us directly.

Description of Work: Our lovely old house needed to be replumbed, and while we were at it, we installed a Rinnai in-line water heater. The entire company was at our house at one point or another, with diverse expertise and constant concern for doing the work quickly and competently. The support staff, back in the office was equally pleasant and helpful. I have recommended them and plan on continuing to do so.
