Superior Plumbing & Gas

I’m a travel nurse currently working in Maine. I own a home in Columbia, SC and contacted this company to repair a gas valve for my oven. They did not show up to the first appointment so I called them back to schedule a new appointment. They finally came out and billed me 125$ for fixing a “clogged toilet” that my renter says was never clogged. I contacted the secretary back and she apologized and we scheduled a new appointment. She said the amount I paid would be applied to the gas valve. They never showed up to the next appointment. I then spoke with a manager who said they were not going to refund my money or apply it to the gas valve. Now the company is refusing to answer my calls. This has been a nightmare and my oven still isn’t fixed after 3 weeks. Can someone please reach out to me? I have proof that I contacted your company about a gas valve and not a toilet.

Superior repaired and set up an existing gas log set . The tech checked all connections and reset the logs. Was on time, friendly and professional.

We live in Tampa FL and needed a reliable company to evaluate/repair a tank-less water heater for my widowed mother in Elgin SC. Attempted to contact Superior Plumbing & Gas with no reply. After the 3rd request for contact with no results we do not want to work with this company. We have hired Crew Plumbing & Heating.

They are very reliable and professional. It took one guy one day to complete the service.

I cannot speak highly enough of the speed, courtesy, and professionalism of this company. I phoned in the morning, and the plumber was out that afternoon to unclog the sewer line, even though I was a new customer. Everything has worked fine since. I'm definitely a fan!

It was really good. The guy came in and my ice machine had quit working on my refrigerator. What it happen is whom ever had connected it underneath the house had put it to the hot water one. We didn't know about it and the guy told me that we got hot water coming up when he went underneath the house. He gave me a bill for like 120$ and I wrote a check for 120$ and when I look at the bill, he quoted me 125$ so I sent him an extra 5$. It was a good deal for what all he did. I like his promptness and honesty.

They arrived on time and ended up having to go under the house to finish removing the work. They came the same day we called and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.

The technician from Superior Plumbing was on time and very professional. They were also extremely helpful when I called in getting someone dispatched immediately. They followed up after the call with a telephone call to make sure everything was ok and that the plumber had cleaned up behind himself.

Jim, the technician, was right on time and did the repairs quickly and cleanly.We used Superior in the past and were happy with the service, Jim is in my phone list.

I had several plumbers give me estimates and I got different stories from different plumbers. The reason I liked them is I liked the solution they came up with and I liked the work and it has held up. It has been very satisfactory. It has proven to be a good job.

story really too long for me to do at work, but suffice it to say, Superior Plumbing and Gas gets a huge vote from me. they came, they saw, they plumbed. the water comes out of the right places and goes to the right places. the in line heater is the best thing i ever ever did.

Overall, they provide excellent service. They have a good response time, and the work performed is good. The costs are more than reasonable compared to some other plumbers I've had.

The water heater is very nice. They supplied the unit. Everything was fine. They were on time. They could have cleaned up maybe a little bit better. I think that goes for just about everybody. We got bids from a couple of people and they were right in the middle. He just seemed very knowledgeable. There were a lot of rebates going on then. He knew exactly what had to be done to get them all and how to file for the money that the state was offering. I felt like I trusted him. That was going to save us over $1000.00. We realized all the rebates. He knew exactly what to do and when to do it. For one of them he had to be online at 5 o'clock in the morning and start applying for some money. He knew all about it so it was good. He had some good plumbing referrals too.
