+ -1 moreMike and his crews performed exceptionally. Their work was clearly defined, completed in time, and professional. The part for the indoor unit had to be ordered from the manufacturer, so they came by the next day and installed while I was at work. Thanks Guys!
Description of Work: I contacted Stoudenmire to redirect some air ducts in my attic. While they were out, I asked for a maintenance / check-up and to tidy up some work my builder has left incomplete. They also ducted in a dryer vent and bathroom central exhaust fans. Semi Annual Maintenance agreement is a true value. They also found my Bryant Indoor Unit needed a new drain pan and replaced it under warranty. Well worth the labor and service call.

Description of Work: we moved into a very old (60 years,plus) farmhouse,which had no heat or air conditioning. we had over 14 companies give us estimates, whichranged from 4800 to 15,500,yes, 15,500 dollars.all fo the same job. each bidder was given the same info ,requirements. they had the best bid for us,with a 14.5 s.e.e.r. rating. They kept their word, to the letter.they removed an old oil heater from under the house,installed all the duct openings as they said,(and putting the ducts in was VERY HARD). it took them an extra day,at least,to put in the duct. when i asked them for the final price,it was exactly as quoted. they are VERY HONEST,FAIR PEOPLE. Trust them,with confidence. advice to you: we put in a package unit,straight cool only. we had a gas pack put in for heating. this is a great way to go,as it is twice as efficient to heat with gas as it is with electricity. we also had a small gas fireplace in our living room,which needs no electricity. if the power is out,we have heat.

+ -1 moreThey came out very quickly on a hot day when they had a lot of calls. They did it just in time for us to use our homeowners insurance. They also do yearly check ups for us. They seem quite reliable.

He dropped off a written estimate the following day, including literature about the systems I could get, and also a typed breakdown of all of the options, including the rebates, and state and federal tax credit available for each. I called to schedule service and they were able to come two days later. They worked hard all day, replaced all of my ductwork, added a vent, and installed my new gas furnace and electric air conditioner. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite, and I am so happy with my system and with the service I received.
Description of Work: 95% efficient gas furnace 15 SEER Bryant air conditioner all new ductwork one new vent to previously unairconditioned/heated room
