Description of Work: I needed a 10' x 12' rug cleaned. They gave me a quote over the phone and sent two guys to pickup the rug. They came when they said they would for the pickup. The employees were very nice and managed to up-sell me a couple of additional services that increased my price by about $70. They delivered the rug when they said they would. It's clean, stain and odor free. I'd recommend their service and will use them again when I next need to clean a rug.

 + -1 moreWe have used them several times and they are okay. They showed up when they said they would show up. They were very quick and thorough. They moved furniture that they needed to move. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a good experience. They weren’t the cheapest.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. They were efficient in doing the work. They were professional. They did a good job and I would have them back again. The price was a little high but I had added all the extra services. It would have been a lot less expensive if I hadn't added the add-ons.
Description of Work: I used Stanley Steemer to clean my carpet and stairs. They did some extra stuff because I have a pet. They sprayed it with scotch guard protector and they treated it with stain resistant materials and something to make it smell good.
