I called the local Roto-Rooter office around 10AM and explained my problem with a stopped up drain line between the house and the city sewer and was given a callback time of 30 minutes. I was called in approximately 15 minutes, by the office, and told that a service tech would be out about 3PM. Received a service call from Rick about 2:30 advising he would be arriving in less than 30 minutes. Once on the property and seeing the backed up toilets, he proceeded to remove the cap on the field line access and cut away the field line roots. This took the service tech approximately 30 minutes. All drains worked well again. I was told that no warranty would be given for the work since roots were evident in the field line (as I was shown on a TV camera inserted in the line), and that the entire line from the house to the street needed to be replaced. Due to the expense, that project has not been explored at this time. The service was prompt, which was very much appreciated since the use of water in kitchen and baths was curtailed until repaired. The tech was uniformed, clean and professional, with respect to both me and my property.

I had a very good experience. Sometimes I call them and they tell me how to fix the problem over the phone. They didn't charge me the last time. I would absolutely use them again.

This company did everything they said they would in a timely fashion and left everything clean.

I thought it went very well. There was a last minute change in technicians, but Billy arrived quite soon after my 8:00 am appointment. He was friendly and very patient with me in explaining the estimate, which I nearly choked on. It's been a long time since I've needed a plumber, prices have tripled. I watched him install the new faucet outside and thought he was very professional and efficient. I did my own chores while he fixed the toilet and then tested them out myself after he turned the water back on. Everything worked perfectly of course. He cleaned up his work area and left me the old parts so I could see how much he had to replace. It was a very positive experience and I would be happy to recommend him to my friends.
